pay garden is a thief and shouldn't be a payment option

So I bought a $20 gift card to buy some cry and some gold boxes, so I wanted to start with the boxes but reluctant to do so now because of this:

Reads:

 

 Each gift card can only be used once. This will reclaim the full remaining balance on your gift card.

 

Why would I wanna give someone $20 if the item is only $9.90?

 

Which is pathetic. Because that is the only way I can spend $ on tanki. Is via Gift cards. 

 

Then if that isn't good enough you suffer if you use a gift card with cry because it takes the whole amount - not the package you select  and gives you a calculated amount based on the total amount on the gift card this means you don't get the free bonus crystals. 

 

So 

 

My question is - How can I purchase both and not get ripped off? 

 

Is there a way to do it via support? 

 

Or am I screwed out of $20

 

After my first experience previously I thought I would give them another chance. Open bucks allowed you to do multiple transactiosn and only removed what you owed, and not a penny more.

Unfortunately, tanki online doesn't have anything to do with this, because it's all through paygarden, tanki just gives out the crystals and takes the payment. But how the payment goes is through paygarden.

 

Contact the help desk via this form and explain this to them.

I agree that Open Bucks was much better. But since I buy Walmart gift cards to buy stuff with I don't have this problem. I next time you but crystals or anything from. Tanki using a gift card try to find d one with a customizable amount then put the exact amount on that card ,if you want to make more than 1 purchase buy multiple gift cards

I thoyght of this sort of but the thing  is that is dumb. 

 

Good thing walmart doesn't charge a fee for every gift cad you buy... sigh 

 

Anyways - I think next time I am going to get a prepaid visa and just do it that way. I am mainly upset that players are being scammed. 

 

I sent a complaint to paygarden - they sent me a Canned response. 

 

I was like ugh. 

 

So I am not really sure how to get items please note I did not go through with my purchase I talked to my mom and shes gonna trade me and we aree going to go get a prepaid debt card ASAP when we have time to - I am 17 - but don't have a bank account and mom's lerey about entering her card info on sites. Anyways. 

 

I just want to get tanki to get open bucks back or one of the other options.

You do get less, you won' t get bonus crystals and it won't double if you got a doublee cry card. Its annoying.

Wait a second. You won't get any bonus crystals from crystal packs, and no double crystals with DCC. Now THAT is a great fail. It might still be better with golds or kits or special packages, dunno..

Here's the thing. If you're upset about losing X amount of dollars because you purchased a gift card that was too big, simply buy a different kit or crystal pack or purchase a smaller gift card with the amount that the kit is. It's a fairly simple fix.

Also, I believe the reason PayGarden does this is to prevent people from using the card, reloading it, and then spending it on their service a second or even third time, which means it can prevent people from defrauding others with a gift card that's are ready been used, etc, etc.
