That was terrible two years when nobody could kill this beast. I remember how fun it was when nobody could kill you for a few minutes. Also I do remember how "fun" it was when you couldn't kill it no matter what you do.

That was great time, why did you think I bought it ? and why waiting 2 years if it was so terrible?

It was terrible only when people could buy it 2 ranks before unlocking level and fully Mued it on spot - which happen now more than before. Also Isida were and are still not that common in battle. And yes you could kill it, just needed to be organized.

Anyway what is done is done. I guess we will have to move on.

Well, now we know the reason for the great sales we had yesterday.

I just wasted 150k microupgrading my Hammer. But it was too overpowered to be honest, and it did need nerfing. Possibly the reload extension to both reload types was a little drastic, but time will tell whether it is or not.

On the contrary, I think Isida will become a lot more popular after this. The current self-healing is barely noticeable at the moment, and the huge increase in damage will definitely appeal to a lot of players.

Shaft just got much better. 1 shotting Medium Hulls will make it very very good.

You are right, and the only one who had something good to say. I agree completely with you on this, and think that you actually put some brainpower in your comment.

Keep it up!!!

Whew. Isida is finally a proper healer. Can hold its own against enemies, but is primarily a support and healer. Get that right nug complainers, that's actually nice... yea of course I found it an "uhoh" thing when read it first, but realized it. Oh well, stahp complaining, there has to be that support thing!

Hammer's changes are interesting, not necessarily a nerf too tbh, just requires more skill imo. The Rico-Hammer shots will be the best part tbh, xd

Shaft. Erm, the sniper mode feels OP now, prolly the 1 second increase helps balance. Arcade damage dropoff looks ok, not too bad, but I kinda don't know that could work out...

Nice changes, imo

Funny how you shouldn't be organized to kill anything else, but you needed to if it is about Isida.

Anyway what is done is done. I guess we will have to move on.

Same thing as you need to hide in order to avoid the lasers of  shaft or wait for the third shoot of the Hammer to start facing it, or for a railgun to hide during the long reload. So all turret have (had) a different approach required in order to defeat them. It could require one or 2 or more tanks sometimes.

Each turret have (had) specifics, a unique identity, that made them fight in different ways. This is what we are trying to keep.

Isida was already weak as it was and you've made it weaker again , hammer was alright and you're tweaking it , fine. But what about the ridiculously overpowered Striker? 0/0 can kill m4 hull without any effort ! And once it finishes killing one tank it takes no much longer for it to kill the next tank coming. Maybe I'd understand if it was an m4 having this power , but m3 ? Get your brain cells together

Striker is nt the best

it is to be increased more

isdas self damage is removed but its healing power is increased and can kill many in less time

Nothing could kill Isida 1v1 no matter how much skill applied. This is not fun, this is why it is eventually removed.

Use Isida and 1v1 me, I'll kill you.

Shaft m4 with alt already used to 1 shot m4 mediums. I'll be easily defeating isidas now since no self healing.

What the hell! You are making Shaft slower and weaker, what an update is that in the name of Merilin's beard?! Along with that you keep creating useless annoying snack toys like Vulcan and Striker. What "new" you will add next time, candies instead of boosts at the chests? Level up after 10000000 points gained? Bleh!

I know everyone hating this....but really, this will make game more diverse, intense, hard and fun :P

No offense, but i think youre finding it enjoyable as you can keep up with it. Some of the other less-equipped players will have trouble if their best equipment is getting a nerf, I mean, of course they should be prepared, but you know, in the race of the ranks and the equipment that tanki is, an average tanker has trouble keeping up, let alone having contingency plans man.

Im somewhere in the middle right now, equipment that i like to use is getting large nerfs(isida).

These updates taking away all the "special features" in each turret and mixing them, soon all turrets with have the same abilities and will only differ in damage and appearance. I don't really like this, I think all turrets are unique and shouldn't have the same abilities, even with alterations.

I have to agree. The turrets are being gradually blended by the removal or addition of features. Just look at the addition of splash damage to Twins and removal of self-healing on Isida. The turrets are losing a lot of what makes them unique. I understand the goals of the developers, but know this: A metagame can never be perfectly balanced. There will always be something that is the top dog, one superior turret that has the best statistics and best matchup against other turrets.

Nerfing everything is a very short-term solution since it just makes other turrets proportionately stronger, which leads the them being nerfed in the future. Definitely a cycle. At any rate, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

You won't. I'll nerf whatever gun you choose before you can do that

Is this the only valid reason why u nerfing turrets? Just because u can't beat other players because your lordy skills aren't high enough to actually win on anyone xD

We want to further emphasize Shaft’s role as an effective sniper, while still keeping it effective in close combat. For this reason, the Shaft’s maximum damage in sniper mode will be increased to a level that will allow it to one-shot kill medium tanks that are at the turret’s same upgrade level.

But but, shaft is soooooo effective in big map like highway... The middle part is soo busy that even a little shaft damage help...

Decrease the damage of sniper shots according to the distance from the target, perhaps :P

Actually the speed at which shaft can shoot at arcade mode is a little crazy when it goes to m2s and m3s.

A little anecdote thing: I play tanki in several accounts to check all available equipment at all levels and all possible ways to attain it ( the f2p's guide to making the best career). So my dad saw me once and asked me which i simply didnt my shaft for close combat.

You see?> A clueless person saw what the problem was.

I always thought that the devs needed a new perspective. This update makes me thing that they have.

Just wait. they will do it :P They've to.. How horrible it will be; Critical Splash damage :D

hammerchet will do self damage?

What ive always wanted. Railgun shots will smell, causing the enemy tank to 'disgust' itself to death.

So it can attack for 5 seconds before empty?  What will the damage per second be?

Oh wait. Guys i got a theory.

Maybe tanki did this update for the upcoming m3 alterations.

Theyll re add the vampiring effect to isida as the m3 alteration.

This could very well be their way of promoting the alterations. Thats what they did, nerf the isida's self heal then send a buff as an alteration.
