Loosing exp

Hello,

i played online for around an hour. i got just over 1000 exp, and when i quit the battle and logged off, the next time i logged in all the exp was gone.

Anyone know why this has happened, or if there is any way of getting that exp back?

It doesn't come back immediately with a F5 or logging in again, at least, it didn't for me. but wait a few days and it will return.
