Creation order

Been playing for about 6 years yet can't remember anything. All I know is that Hammer was created, then Vulcan, then Striker. The rest were created before Hammer.

What is the order of the creation of the turrets and hulls of Tanki

The first were smoky and hunter and obviously the last was Striker

New accounts didn't start with Hunter and Smoky until some time in 2013, before that it was Wasp + Smoky.

Order of unlock for turrets prior to the 2012 rebalance was...

[Tier 1] Smoky ==> Firebird ==> Twins ==> Railgun

[Tier 1.5] Isida

[Tier 2] Thunder ==> Freeze ==> Ricochet ==> Shaft

Hulls follow a similar pattern, too.

[Tier 1] Wasp ==> Hunter ==> Titan

[Tier 1.5] Dictator (arguably tier 1)

[Tier 2] Hornet ==> Viking ==> Mammoth

And for all of those, by the rank of Captain you were able to purchase M3 modifications for any of those turrets/hull at a reduced price. In 2013 there was an extra 0 strapped onto the end of every amount of Crystals in the game (shop, battle funds, yours, etc.)

Firebird did not have burn damage, nor did Smoky have critical hits. No tier 1 weapons had any special abilities (Unless you count Railgun's penetrative ability).

However, I'm not here to lecture you about pre-rebalance gameplay, but rather creation order.

In early 2012 Shaft was added, which would be the final gun for quite some time until the Hammer came out a year or two ago. Prior to Shaft, we got the Thunder, Freeze, and Ricochet. Same case with hulls, as Hornet, Viking, and Mammoth were added in a similar way. Isida was the sign that there was more to come. Before Isida, Railgun + Dictator was the best of the best. That's why you see it associated with Clans, and how Hornet and Railgun is today.

All I know about the tier 1 turrets/hulls at that time was that they were in the game since original release and most likely made in the order of unlock just as the following tier. I only joined in 2010 (forums in 2011), after all.

He's not asking the order of which you can purchase the turrets, he's asking about the order in which they were created. Smoky was created first and Striker last, well... I guess we could replace Striker with Artillery now.

Not really, you started off with the wrong point making it look pointless to read on, sorry though. Edited by cube3e
