Valentine's Day lasted one day only. And the chance of getting a Holiday mission was not 100%.

 

It's the same with Iron Days. But it will last 4 days, so you have better chances to get a Holiday mission.

no missions on 4 accounts with a changed mission in each account means 0-16.  Never saw holiday missions that rare before. Once again Tanki screws up

Are you buying crystals?

 

If not... you might find yourself short of crystals for M2 equipment - since it costs 2x as much to MU to next level.
