To be honest, I still don't entirely know about artillery and how it is going to be, so I can't really say anything for now.

Man I really don't know what do expect with this turret. I mean it could suck but then again it could be overpowered. I do however know (I'm pretty sure you know aswell) that it is going to be the most expensive turret and highest damaging. Thats all I know so far  :)

I wouldn't worry about its balance. I think we can be sure, if you are able to hit the tanks well, it will do a massive damage compared to a short period of time. The question is if you can achieve this :)
