I think what @BlueDragon_tamki means is that you need a bankaccount (which usually comes with a debit card) linked to a paypal account, because that's the only way you can transfer money from your paypal account. But yeah, the benefit of paypal is that once you HAVE your account linked to a bankaccount, you do not need a card to pay with it.

yea i understand that part .. what i'm more talking about is what deal you gave us when it was on .. and commonsense would tell anyone to look for a barging and not shop at full price..
