Still having the same problems since 3/3/2017 restart

OK here goes. I have cleared all of the caches, (browser and flash) and shared objects. I have uninstalled the game twice. On Google Chrome and Mozilla and I still have the same problems with game and garage not loading. Prior to the restart I had no problems with graphics (60FPS) and everything loaded rapidly. Now to play the game I have to go through Miniclip which is not the greatest. The FPS is all over place and now there are lines in my kill box in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Please fix on your end whatever you did to correct this. Thank you.
