My rant:- so its like a day.... Well women's day is gone. And but it left a scrappy vid on YouTube India at top trending. And I get to know by this vid is that women celebrate themselves by bashing men. I would like to request you to go on the vid and read the comments...I think now men needs the right to equality.... Anyways I think you guys are familiar to the channel name which is not the point of the topic tbh...

I want you all to share your thoughts on the exaggeration done by us Indians.

TBH we never suck but yh.. heights of exaggeration kills everyone.

Ty :)

First, what is International Women's day ?

There are many opinions about this, however generally it is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

I would say women and men live together, they both need each other and support each other. Women can fulfill the sweetness in workplace where as men can respect woman as they would call " gentlemen ".

Gender is just a term but we all are human, being good and doing good things to all as human is the most important thing to live together.

Nice post but some human beings are indeed bringing a lot of harm to the world.

I just don't think there should be one day to celebrate women, just like one month to celebrate black history. We should always be aware of womens' accomplishments and keep it in mind at all times, not just one day or one month of the year. :)

Well said both of u.. i agree we are all equal .. we should be treated as one , but there are in the work field still that men get paid more then woman and get benefits .. which is wrong in all accounts to a point money should fit the work place .. now in some places in the world women are still having no rights to vote or even speak there minds, which is another issue.. Woman's rights will be a on going fight for generations to come .. for the video , sorry i did not  watch it and don't think I will , cause I also agree that there is no need to disrespect men due to the fact they are also who work long hard days and should have the same rights as a woman..

I wonder if we've been watching the same video. As far as I could tell there was nothing about bashing men in that video. It was all about women saying that there's no need for ONE day to celebrate women, but that they celebrate it every day, so they feel there's no need for an official Women's Day. It's basically like Valentine's Day, World Animal Day and Father and Mother's Day. You can have one official day to celebrate all of those, but that doesn't mean that you shouldnt appreciate it any other day of the year. And that is basically what they're saying there.

As for the comments, YouTube video comments are known for being full of comments from people that jump to conclusions, are judgemental, love to pick fights about pretty much anything and so on.

there is a men's day in November .. but really they don't make it a big issue over it .. and I do agree with Cooper on this topic that every day is a celebration of life for each other and not certain Hallmark days .. once your with a partner you appreciate them everyday and see what they do for each other.. also once you have a family of your own you also understand all that your parents and the parents before them had to deal with every day .. you appreciate life more ..  enjoy  life ..

Well.. I believe we are watching the same video.. But I am ending up in a doubt.. Cause RomedyNow is an American Channel.. and by term bashing men I meant that going against Men... WHICH IS AGAINST OF RIGHT TO EQUALITY? Edited by Quasar

Where in the video where they going against men? And if you go against someone, it means they're not equal?

I go against colleagues and friends and vice versa also from time to time, that doesn't mean they're not equal to me, it just means I don't always agree to everything they say or do.

Humans are funny, regardless of gender (I know I'm human too, but sometimes I doubt myself ).

We argue about the silliest of things, all the time. "I want a present", a kid asks. He gets the present, and complains. It's not so unexpected that this is actually a thing. I'm not picking sides (if you couldn't tell), I'm merely saying that the whole concept as a whole is somewhat pointless.

Anyways, that's my say, like it or not, it doesn't really matter? Why? Because it's pointless.

ok you all have to remember when these days started and where we are now.. for like mothers day and things are slowly not being represented as much as they were in the past.. as generation get older I can see some of these events in the past history being replaced or removed and being celebrated combined on other days .. like Woman's day joining together with Mother's day and same with Father's day and Men's day ( in Nov ) .. it might not happen in my generation but in the future it could happen..

I agree why do we celebrate more then one day for Mothers / woman's day there both  the same event ..I would rather do it on one day.. for Woman's day it stands out better as for all woman then Mother's day which in the past stood for only mom's / mum's .. this is more a hallmark card $$ event with no real purpose..
