Didn't get crystals for winning

I was playing Polygon CP 700 points and the battle froze at 697 points. I refreshed the page, but when I got back in, the battle was over and a new one started. The battle fund was around 30 000 and I was on the winning team with a score of around 6 500. It bothers me because I had a K/D of 2 and over 300 kills. I have the beginner's pass too so it would've been double crystals. All of that time, now wasted...

The person in charge of crystals could give me 15 000 crystals, since that's what I would've got for reward + bonus.

That is an automatic system who gives crystals out at the end of battles, do you have any screenshots of that battle? If yes, contact the help center to see if they could do anything.

Big mistake. If you refresh when the battle is about to finish, you will get 0 crystals if you are not in the battle when it ended.

Personally I would have contacted the Tech Support and maybe that would be the best option. I would have done the same if that was me. (For instructions on how to contact the Tech Support read this: Tech Support) and give them all the proofs you have regarding the battle you were in :)

I know, but the best thing to do was to wait until your team reaches 700 points. You had 697 points, so it was a matter of seconds. Then, you would have seen your crystals amount change. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.

I actually did wait around 15-20 seconds before refreshing to see if this would work
