spectator, ban or not

i just came to lengend so my hull and gun so weak, i played in battle, play so hard to win but spectator come in and someone in clan said that i play noob and spectator banned me. i lost 800 point, do you think we need spectator????. sorry because my english so bad,

If you use weak equipment in a battle people will think you are multing and therefore will report you I would suggest using your strongest equipment until you can upgrade your weaker equipment

You have heaps on M3's... Unless you were multing or using M2's. I don't see a reason why you were kicked.

Answered. In this case you should contact @Yele, the administrator of the battle moderators. Battle moderators are the ones that enter battles as spectator and have the ability to kick players from battles.
