Re-Enter the game

We all hate Re-enter the game sign, or maybe not, but moving on to all our questions, why doesn't Tanki online ever fix it?  Well, it's a technical difficulty that involves a game issue or a major glitch, but why does tanki try and try to fix the problem but it becomes a harder issue then they thought. It all begins with one little explosion with a thunder or any turret and boom, it comes with Re-Enter the game sign! Well, it's not that the computer hates you, and doesn't want you get a gold box or cap a flag five square feet from flag base, its a major glitch that may stop players from playing anymore. But this sign always doesn't come with the background of your game action , but it could include somebody getting in your account, so  tanki's Re-Enter sign may help you knowing when someones in your account but also, it may irritate people about to catch a gold box floating down slowly from the blue sky or caping a flag close to your base flag. But, now it's tanki's smart engineered turn to fix this major issue, or major help. Now, tanki is working hard to fix this problem, so sit tight and be patient!  ;) and don't be mad :angry: about this issue, there working on it!

Appreciate the support man; reassuring people that Tanki ain't gonna explode and all. But what you seem to be posting isn't exactly a problem. Perhaps this would belong in some topic in which people (who, most probably, don't even know what a mere config is,) are complaining about the instability of the game and all the possible flaws which they can dig up.

wake up this is a issue .. mainly when it continues to happen and nothing is being done about it... this happens every time tanki do's a update or adds to the system...I'm starting to thing were now stuck with what is happening and tanki has no plans on fixing it and just waiting for the system to crash it self .. why put any more money into the system ..when its no longer paying for it self when more players are jumping to tanki X or even leaving the game..my rant for the day..

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but what you're saying has no connection to what isaihthebest12 or I was saying. He said people shouldn't freak out about it so much, I said I like what he said but it doesn't exactly fit into this section, and then you come along and contradict everything he (isaihthebest12) said, by going on a "rant" (as you yourself called it).

it might not be a issue for him , but for others like myself who have been seeing this for so long in the system .. sure they have been trying to fix it but this has been a on going issue .. the point is I can battle for over 2 months with a great server .. then all of a sudden when they decide to add something big to the system, then issues start ..and they will clear up in a few days .. but on the weekend It took me over 30 min just to open my account to get into a battle.. then once in i struggled to even battle with this new testing happening .. so yea lots of us were not impressed this weekend..all i can say is when the server is not having issues ..the games are great but once issues start then my blood boils over, like everyone else s..

 

sorry If I did rant before ..but it got to me this morning .. when i also went into a battle and had the reload bar turn on .. after i got in and had to leave to remove it .. by the time i finally got back in to the game ,  time was too late to join....

You're making valid points and all, but honestly, if, let's say, you were a computer expert and you were in charge of fixing these problems, how'd you like it if some player came around and started shouting out their complaints? Pretty irritating if you ask me, not to mention useless.

 

Games go through rough times, and when a game says they're putting up an "experiment", they mean exactly that. They're experimenting for the benefit of the long run; get the problems sorted now so you can have a greater game tomorrow.

 

And yes, of course, it's agrivating when the game doesn't respond to you normally, for obvious reasons. But believe me when I say, the guys in charge knows there are problems, and they aren't just sitting around doing nothing about it. If they were doing nothing, they'd be sacked pretty quickly.

 

Just understand; this is the situation, and if you can't handle it, I think it's about time you found another game, but complaining and / or ranting doesn't benefit the game at all.

Sir I do have the rights to voice my complaints and head office along with Mr Debono / the Dev's along with Tech support are fully aware of them.. so to state  a true fact about  these issues which if you go back threw the system when it first  started up you can see over the time line these issues have been dealt with for many a years .. i understand there trying to sort them out over the years .. but as a customer who pays $$ into this game ..I'm not happy.. also Its my given right to feel free to play this game .. not trying to provoke anyone ..

 

also like i stated to head office its time that the company to invests into a bigger system that can with stand the amount of data being in putted into the system , due to the fact there is two systems now running off of one.( that I understand ). I have seen lag and other issues within tanki X and have reported those as well.. so its not just on one side of the table ..but both systems and there's also happen just after up dates ..

Yes, thank you I never really noticed that it was a problem but checking in today I saw what you said and know what your talking about, perhaps I should apologize :o  for this inconvenience, sorry for not putting this in the right section, and keep doing what your doing, you know,they made you an admin for a reason!  ^_^

it is a big issue. Lets say you play battle for 3 hours, you are in 1 place and battle fund is ower 200k. You have premium. a lot of people leaves battle. 2 minutes and 5 seconds before battle ends you get this error. Not only you loose those 400 000 which you just earned but you also have to buy new computer cause old one has hole in screen.

Hello, I am the one who officially made this topic, so if it gets out of hands I should tell that he/she to calm down, the admins right, there working on it, and when I said this, I meant this, you do not have to sit in front of the person trying to fix this to know that there working, but you should trust and let this person bring there integrity out and trust them. when this issue happens , put your game on pause and about half way threw pause release it and do it again this way by the time the game is ended you will continue to be in the game till the end and you will receive your full crystal amount.. I have done this many a times and received my final crystals .. the only time i fine that this is more a pain is when gold drops and you loose out on trying to get one.. when it happens if you have time then refresh the page and hope fully its enough time to go for the gold..

Trust me sir .. I'am a lot more calmer then u think .. I understand where your coming from .. but like i said I did lodge a complaint with  AlternativaPlatform's and with the tech in tanki on line.. back in 2016 .. and i have talked to Mr. Debono on issues with in the game he is fully away of what is and has been happening.. I'am not the only player complaining and who also have paid $$ into this game.. all we want THE SAME THING ,is to be able to play a game with little to no issues .. I do play many other games and find little to no issues happening with them over the years.. if I have any problems its more a glitch with in there system which has been repaired, to make my game time more enjoy able ..this is all I would expect from this company also .. is to make this game like in the past enjoyable and less hazels to play..we feel we have the rights to ask for this , regardless if we  pay or not .. we all want in the end the same results ..AN ENJOYABLE GAME...

No need to apologize, I appreciate what you're doing, truly. It's fine if you accidentally created this topic in the wrong section, it'll either be moved to the right section, or merged with another topic which is in the right section.

 

Oh, and I should probably tell you, I'm not an admin, I'm not even a mod. You probably got confused because of my avatar, but that's because I'm a reporter for the Tanki Online Newspaper. I have no authority over any issues players may have (unless it's concerning the newspaper), I merely came here in an attempt to help out. :P

I'm not saying it isn't an issue. It is an issue, quite a big one. All I'm saying is that, if you have a problem, I assure you screaming in a mods/admins/devs ear won't do any good to fix it. Of course, you, as well as everyone else in this game, has the right to voice their opinions and complaints, but there's a point where you've got to just relax and let the devs do there thing.

 

PS: Love the satirical joke about the sudden hole in the computer xD

look you need to see it from our point of view as players who battle for some of us up to 10 hours per day and these things get our nerves.. when we go to play.. we understand some issues from time to time.. but when you get the same issues for up to a week or more then yea it is a issue... there has been times that some are so minor that i have no interest in complaining , but then just like today . first battle same thing , slow in loading the battle field / but once in a battle which I found strange was that you go to pick up a drop box and also kill a player it do's not register in your score or even indicate that you have a drug on..so why is this now happening I have no clue why, and this is  the first time ever in game play that i have seen this ..

 

for your comment yes we all have our own opinion and have full rights to use it .. but when these issues continue to happen daily for a long time you start to wonder why and what is going on.. sure we are aware that when this game was created its intentions were not for a game .. but over time if you find you need to do upgrades would u not start from the ground up to improve the strength of the system to insure better game play for all to enjoy.. look I don't mean to  complain , but all we want is to play the game the way it was intended on being played , and not have issues every time we go to a battle or on a  server.. please understand as players want.we want  and yes i'm fully aware that staff also are players too..and they also have the same issues as us.. :)
