Option to reply to battle invitations ("Coming when done" button)

When somebody invites you to a battle, there are currently only two ways of replying:

1) Decline
2) Go to Battle

I would like to add a third:

3) Coming When Finished With Current Battle/ coming soon

or something along those lines. Upon clicking this button, the pop-up would stay in the corner until you went to the battle, or declined it.

In this way you can tell them that you will be there soon and it might do well to wait. :)

Valid

Not the best solution for this, imho. A better option would be to add a custom message with the invitation, but I guess this would be simpler to do.

Another button would be the best: Coming soon

A button that sends information back to invitation sender "GreatTankMan123 is coming soon in your battle", and do nothing to receiver.

Good if you would want to note your friend that you're just about to finish the battle you're in and you're straightly going to go to friend's battle after. I don't like to offend my buddies or lose the invite to secret (private) battle because I have made a lot of score in the battle that is just going to end.

I like the idea.

Instead of "Declined" (which is used for when one actually declines an invitation), it should say "Invitation Expired/Timed Out" when it has not been answered in the allotted time frame.

Hmmm, this will be easier , but for those that would like a quick tip on how to do this now (this doesn't work with mouse controls, for obvious reasons):

Hover your mouse on the invite, keep it there, and continue playing :3

The invite will stay there so it can get a bit annoying. This will obviously make it easier, but for those who didn't know I guess this is something which we'll have to do for now :)

would people actually continue to use decline, or just answer "I come later" out of pure politeness and because it's kind of harsh to decline?

I agree, that's why I suggested "Timed out" as the invited may be in an intense battle or AFK.

yes, I like your proposal.

It truely makes sense.

For the idea to come to battles later on.. a list of your "last 5 missed invitation" would help, so that - after you battle is finishes - you can check your list and join the friends that invited you.

They just would make that:

some friend invites u battle then u have 3 choices:

1. Go to battle

2. Decline

3. U can say whatever you want.

Thx for attention!

I did once hear that you can keep your cursor hovered over the pop up to keep it from going away so that when you are finished with your current battle, you can click accept.

I don't know if it still works though :/

It works, but players with mouse control complain for some reason that this does not work for them :p

Does it actually do that? I thought the invitations lasted a rlly long time. If it does then I was sad cuz my best friend didn't want to join me in my battle while she was on En 3, not in a battle for nothing. Foolish old me XD

No, they expire if you don't click on them for a while.  But sometimes you do not want to "decline." For example, if they are creating a new battle, and invite a bunch of friends, they will abandon the battle if everyone declines.  But if people tell them that they are coming soon, they will wait and soon they'll have a thriving Lost Temple CP. :)

I think we should be able to send a quick reply to our friends who invited us to a battle or a group, because our friends might be angry if we rejected their requests without letting them know the reason.

Like we can say, 'Hey bro I'm coming to ur battle later cuz I gotta finish my MM first :)'

And I think a word limit should also be set to reduce lag.
