Indeed, it is. When I saw that post, I had a feeling that something was wrong because it didn't really looks like a tank. I am on holiday atm so I didn't had time to look.

Yes, you can change it as many times as you want until the deadline.

It's up to you, but it needs to follow looking like a TO tank somehow.

Add whatever you want, but it should be recognized as a TO tank. E.g. adding a lazer scope on a railgun... try to think of some unique features :D.
