Why carn't I see part of the linked email address any longer.

On returning to TO - I can not remember my linked email address.

 

You could see part of the address before.

If you want to know the email linked to your account, click on "change password and email.". A letter will be sent.

I've already tried clicking on "change password and email.". A letter will be sent.

 

I didn't receive a letter in my present mail in box - so assume I used an old address - I need a clue - like we could get before.

Hello, there's no way to get a hint anymore. Your best bet is to contact the help desk about your problem, using this form.

Yes - why was this hint removed - makes more work for TO help desk - so must have been a reason - but then  TO likes changes, not always for the best. :)

For security purposes the hints came to a end. Next time if you are gonna "forget" or "change" emails, just use Facebook instead - 

 

Linking to facebook is *almost* as secure as a emaill. Never really tried it but as a developer I know its a step up than no account security.

Keep 1 EMAIL reserved for gaming. **Do NOT use the same TO password or username for that email**

I'm using Lightshot and do not have any problem taking png screen shots etc or locating the file on my pc etc.

 

I need to provide a link acceptable to Tanki Help on the "Application for account return" form - see link kindly given by CooperO above.

 

The form box for the link is at the bottom of the form.

 

"Guess work" by me is not good enough - With Tanki Help forms - I need it to all work 1st time 100%. B)

There is nothing that they can really do. Honestly - 

 

Best advice is to not have 100 to accounts...

I'm using Lightshot and do not have any problem taking png screen shots etc or locating the file on my pc etc.

 

If you know where on your pc the screenshot is located, all you have to do is click on "Choose file" on the form under "Please attach your screenshots". Then in the pop-up, you can locate your screenshot and click on "Open". That should do it.

If you wanna use a third party program ScreenShooter saves them online. Makes it MUCH easier to share.

You can try changing your password by pressing the link on the log in screen:

 

If that does not work either, contact the help desk using this form.
