In-game clock

Adding to this, there should be some sort of timestamp in chat so someone just logging in and entering a chat doesn't answer a question that is 4 hours old and just assumes it had just been asked because there was no time reference, only that it was the most recent chat.

What would also be NICE would be a UTC to local time converter.  Its not that we don't understand timezones but some are a head breaker trying to convert for Day let alone figure the hour.  Somewhere you could bang in the event time and day, set the + or - and have your local day/time pop out the other end. (this might be a seperate idea) but the link could be next to the clock :)

Show current UTC +0 time

So here is my idea: What about if we have some little box showing current UTC +0 time on the right from chat (or for someone on the right from clan chat)? Because a lot of players don't know when the in-game events start and are lazy to check for UTC +0 time on Google (I'm not one of them :P , I'm the one who always try to answer them ;) ) and this would really help them out.

UTC clock on login page

It would be very helpful to add a small clock showing current UTC time and day of the week on the login page or even the lobby page. The login page currently uses a countdown timer for events/promotions so it just couldn't be that hard to add a simple UTC clock that shows the UTC date also.

As it is now, it is always a bit confusing to jump to a different website and try to convert times of Tanki events. Like the live stream today at 17:00 UTC; if I could see a UTC clock embedded within Tanki I could look at it and immediately see that the live stream would be in x amount of hours and easily calculate my local time. With websites that show UTC there is always a question of the day of the week and even a simple conversion of 12 or 24 hour time. It is not a terribly difficult process but it is prone to mistakes. An embedded official Tanki UTC clock with day of the week would cure most of the confusion.

Who says 15 years old players don't understand timezone conversions? I'd say they are more like 12~13 than 15. Instead of in-game, they could add it to/edit the current on the forum so there is no confusion about which time was when user posted his/her reply converted to your time.

If you usually don't know something you can google it.

Its not that we don't understand-its that its too confusing, and if you want to talk to someone about if they are going to sleep soon-or what time it is there,

And since we don't want to have to start a new tab and google it  or ask someone or try to remember the conversion rate-its just way more convenient to have it in game without taking a break to find out.

I just don't understand your problem folks!
