I'm pretty sure kit discounts on Kits will not be removed, only bulk discounts and sale discounts that went on top of the kit discounts. It's probably because those discounts made sale preparations a little trickier. Expect more one day sales of 40% and 50% and all items.

 

And because it affects all players it means that your enemies will not be able to get additional discounts on Kits also, meaning some of them will not be able to get a kit on sales also... meaning less enemies with OP kits. Buyers will benefit though.

 

Removing supply bonus on Kits will be fair when they find and introduce a supply system that makes druggers and non druggers more balanced or when they make available a supply setting more appropriate for non druggers.

 

Instead of shrinking the gap between M3 and "M4s", they should have made Legends from, lets say Legend 5, play only against other Legends. But what do I know? I'm only a WO3 that has other accounts.

An MU nerf with no change in prices? They were already overpriced for what you get, now even more so. And making shop items stronger than their garage counterparts. Another buyer update. Classy move Tanki. Top class...

 

Please add the dislike button back. I have a feeling this would be more than 50% dislikes.

The whole thing started with merging all MU steps into one common MU level.

This "produced" so many M4s, that it was necessary to do something about it (IMHO).

 

 

and.. IMHO... it would have been better

- to make the mu-levels 1..35 more affordable, while parking those price savings in the mu-levels 36..50
(overall costs = the same for power-buyers, but a reasonable amount of power is easier accessable by free players)

- AND leaving M3-to-M4 balance as it is today

 

 

By this way we would have this:

- current M4 players have no nerve

- future M3 players can upgrade to M3.35 for a reasonable price, while the last steps are still the whip cream on top to hardcore buyers.

- the gap between fresh M3 and legacy M4 would close faster up to a reasonable point, from which on firther MU-investments make not much sense.. but are still possible if liked.

I used to feel sorry for the fools that pay real money to purchase certain equipment only to see their investment evaporate because some developer at Tanki thought it is a good idea to nerf their equipment.  Now I just laugh at the idiots who are still paying real money and they have not learn their lesson.

 

Once and for all people, here is the #1 lesson you need to learn:

 

NEVER SPEND ANY REAL MONEY ON TANKI.  IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Sooner or later Tanki will change the equipment for the worst and your investment will go to waste.

 

If you still insist on paying real money on this game, then you deserve what's coming and you should not be complaining.

aftr few days/months Tanki will remove product kit also and it will be available only on shop..

So after the server restart MUs will be nerfed for M4s...That's like milions of crystals that will make now less of a difference in battles. If the difference is noticeable then people will be less likely to MU and should be given something else to spend crystals on, something rather expensive and capable of giving a somewhat significant advantage but at the same time affordable for the free to play users as well so they will have to be patient and hard working in order to gain these advantages, just as MUs and supplies are now. Or simply make supplies more expensive but stronger, especially DD and DA. I would probably enjoy that too because apart from MUs I have nothing to spend crystals on and I am probably not the only one in this situation.

Changes done to the rental of alterations mean absolutely nothing. Everybody already knows which alterations are worth buying and which ones are just trash.

 

Many people don't seem to enjoy the update....Maybe they'll give us some nice sales soon to make us forget about this...

I'm sure there are people that enjoy the update...not many but there are for sure. Now with the increased gap between M2s and M3s my friend with almost fully MUed Titan Twins will be even stronger against WOs and Lieutentants. I guess I'll be happy for her since I don't really care that much about this game now since it really lacks the ability to keep me motivated lately.

those 'fools' as you say who contribute to the game help towards keeping it a free game for all the freeloaders so i wouldnt be too hard on them  ;)

I have no problem "contributing" to the game if the game becomes better and my purchases do not lose their value? Would you buy a car when you know the manufacturer will come sooner or later and take the engine out and put a smaller one in?  That's exactly what tanki is doing. And if the "buyers" do not understand that, then they are fools.  No other way of putting it!

"obviously im not a highly trained developer"  Don't feel bad! neither are the Tanki "developers"!  I know: I have been a Director of Software development for over 30 years and I have fired better developers than the ones who work for Tanki! If they applied for a job at my company and they listed Tanki as their employer, their application wouldn't even make it past HR!  I am also a professor at a US University teaching IT related courses and I can tell you that if a student of mine produced code like Tanki, would not even get a passing grade.

see if you did put money into this game to help sustain the employment and existence for this game to continue . also to create  tanki x.. then i would say i understand you... but seeing you want a game for free ..which only gives you limited game play and items , its hard to imaging not wanting to get ahead of the Jones in a  game .. see its all ways been a one man / woman's game we all look out for our self's to get ahead of others.. but when you invest in a game as long as most buyers have ( which are now a family ) who also  enjoy the game..are the ones who are  keeping , this one a float ..its hard to comprehend what the Dev's and others plans are for the future of the game / company... so in the end we buyers are the ones who are keeping this game afloat so you can continue to play for free .. cause Tanki do's not have any other revenue ( that we are aware of ) coming in to support there wages and other items they need to run this part of the game ...the staff that works for this company get paid in real money .. the mods and others only get paid in crystals ..
