if they do that how do they know who is on the other side . so its kind of hard for them to trace some of them.

 

also i agree there should be a hidden question for all our accounts so even if your missing some info then you have the back up emergency question to be given so they can see its the correct player..

Couple would be fine as well. Security question just like any other things, hotmail, gmail, etc.

Yes, I can but I don't think it is needed as it is related to the topic in a way but I can hide our comment if you want even tho it would be nice if others see the idea and might even suggest it in the I&S section but I guess that is another thing.  Let me know if you want and I will hide them all.

When he tryed to change our clan tag to something better than dodnp tech asked him for account information. He told everything and tanki was thinking that its wrong info (All what tanki cares about is just IP and nothing else except money) so he got blocked. As kukii got blocked, our clan got blocked.

As cedric says its none of our bussines what happens with our clan i TRIED to send friendly message to Alternativa Editor. Lets hope they care about customers, not like Tanki does.

ok well i hope he gets this sorted or the only other thing to do is make up another clan using another player as the main contact this way non would be blocked but his account which he needs to get this sorted out and then clan can be reopened or stay closed for good . not sure if that helps but it is a sort of solution to the problem .
