Magnum turret (aka Artillery) was issued only to YouTubers and developers so far. The reason is simple — this turret is WAY harder to use than anything in the game so far. Previously Striker was the hardest turret and players were negative when they bought it expecting easy OP gun. We are using YouTube folk to show everybody what this turret is before you buy it. To make sure nobody will go into it expecting easy money or something like that.

 

There is nothing else to discuss really. Go watch the videos and see if this gamplay is any good for you.

This is down right rude and how can you say this when you have no clue on how players play .. has he gone to every ones battles to make the judgement call on who should get one.. i can say not cause he has not battled with me ever .. and others as well ...this is rude and uncalled for from a CM ..to disrespect players and given special treatment to others...

Test server is not enough to make sure it works in live game as intended. As it is not the live game.

Having an opportunity once in a while witness something unique in the game before everybody does outweighs the problem of non existent protection.

Also, I warned you not to escalate.

then give it to the mods only and let them do it in battles with there mod friends only.. then get there feed back

How often doesn't it happen that you or your team mates have no protection against one or several turrets? That doesn't make that turret more overpowered.

Use a turret your opponent doesn't have protection against. If the opponent still destroys you easily, then you could probably speak of an overpowered turret.

When the striker was released then i bought it and i got some supplies in missions and i was overpowered.

I made 8x kill strike with it.
