Could we add a kick button for pro battles?

We should address this 

i have made man pro battles needing specific hulls and specific turrets yet people keep joining in and don't listen and usually reply with "no noob" as much as i can kindly put it it's not fun and it's not cool to do things like this if you do things like this can you please stop and listen for once? 

ok on with that i need a kick button for those too stubborn to listen or just don't comply to the rules etc. 

so im thinking the person who has created the battle has the power of this

A "kick" feature has been discussed plenty of times around here. Developers don't want to add it just yet because players will abuse such a feature to get an advantage over others. If you want to play a battle in a particular format, you should create a private battle and only invite friends you trust, otherwise you will constantly be bothered by outsiders coming in with wrong equipment.
