Low FPS and High Ping making the game unplayable

When I try to play a game, the FPS is so bad that it makes it difficult to play. I thought it might've been the graphics, so I turned them all off, but that didn't change anything. This problem started around 1 AM this morning when the Wi-Fi randomly went out, so it might just be my Wi-Fi. I was playing fine, even with graphics on, the past 3 weeks up until the Wi-Fi problem I mentioned.

Moreover, if you are using a laptop, then choosing 'High Performance' settings might help in the Battery area rather than Battery Saving, or Normal. Even connecting the charger helps. And if you are a PC user, then clearing cache is known to fix FPS related issues as well.

^ In addition, the WiFi doesn't affect FPS at all.

I keep getting lag spikes where everything just freezes and I can't do any damage for a couple seconds, and then everything moves really quick to catch up where it would've been without the lag spike.
