valid Payment for clan members

Today, I present to you a remuneration system that is or will be more or less pleasing to you.

 

Since the new update, you are bleeding more than 20 € to create a Clan.

 

Now, the question is where the money flows?

For the clan name & that you can participate in competitions?

Well, if you consider the factors from an entrepreneurial point of view, then this is correct.

 

But my suggestion would be that the leader to the 26€ also gets a starting capital. No, not for himself, but for his clan members

 

Based on an example:

Clan: Biological Hazard

Capital: 50,000 crystals

Clan members: 12

 

How the crystals are split - the leader decides. It would have 3 variants available: 50,000 / 12 = 4000 (rounded off)

 

A: For those members who appear to workout.

B: To pay all members per month (more economical variant)

C: To compensate the members for performance. One gets more, the other less. Use is worth it, is the motto.

 

The lower a clan, the less starting capital they get.

If the starting capital is empty, then the leader can decide whether he wants to buy a new grant for the clanfond or leave it and not spend any money.

 

A substitute proposal from the user A_R_R_0_G_A_N_Z_HZD for the bank would be that the entire clan also gets missions, which they must meet together, e.g. "Destroy 100,000 enemy tanks and win 100,000 crystals for your Clanfond".

 

The leader would have his own feature in the interface of the clan, where he or she can individually transfer the crystals to each member.

Advantages:

× More incentive for clan members & others to form a clan.

× For developers of another source of income.

 

Disadvantage:

× Rather only for those who would be prepared to spend more money on their clan.

 

What is the remuneration?

× It is up to the leader to decide whether to pay his / her members per training unit or per month all together.

 

Do you need to replenish the account?

× No, it is up to the leader to decide whether he wants to spend crystals for his members or not. The first starting capital to get an impression is made by Tanki Online.

 

It is similar to football. Anyone who appears for the training gets his wage, the use on the field is individually evaluated & paid. So also with clans, team members who appear at the training, pays the leader & in competitions, the clan gets its own prices from TankiOnline.

Weird idea. This will simply cause clans to become more expensive, because you'll be buying a clan + the extra crystals to give out. You definitely won't be getting them for the same price. Getting crystals shouldn't be your incentive for starting/joining a clan. Clans are made for social relations, competition and interaction between players.

If this feauture will came out ! . I challenge you  buyers will start leaving too . If I buy crystals for my members It will make me bankrupt .

However, I can still understand the base of this idea thanks to the other posts.

It would obviously challenge the buyers but, the game would have less clan founders than nowadays it has. I think the members already have an enough reward which is the ability of joining as many PRO battles as they want without buying the PRO pass.
