Misnamed section??? What's misnamed about the section. They ARE the terms and conditions for the contest, and it is YOUR responsibility and your responsibility alone to read AND understand the terms and conditions. T&Cs are not for lawyers, they are for people to be informed of the terms and conditions of the event that they're entering in.

 

I took a lot of time to write those T&C's in a clear way. The least you could do was read them. If you didn't know, you have nobody but yourself to blame.

'Terms and Conditions' can be used but it is misleading, at least for me. I care about T&Cs when I'm entering a contract or something like that. For a game, where many are teenagers, there should be a simpler term like 'Important Details'. My opinion.

 

You probably have good reasons for the WO1 requirement, it's just that us players are not expecting something like that. You should try to see our perspective, because when things go wrong we are left with a bad taste.

 

The game experience should be clear, simple, predictable and intuitive, because it is a game.

 

You wrote a pretty good T&C. I take back my 'lousy job' comment, I was upset. Sorry.

are you kidding me? not to be audacious but who the       would read terms and conditions? It's the thing we all accepted without even bothering to open(much less read a single word of it) when we created out tankionline account. Terms and conditions tend to mean basic common sense stuff... putting something so crucial like the 24 hour reset at UTC 9pm should not have been just stated in the terms and conditions... instead of geting 10 gold boxes and that grifin I'll only get  5 gold boxes because only 845 kills were regestered on day 1 and the other 200 were regestered for day 2... That blond woman did say that those who got 1000 kills within 24 hours(which i did in 9 hours) would get te reward for 1000 kills but yeah she just had to leave that important part about the reset in that place no one would read...

You should read the terms and conditions of any website you use, basic common sense.

Day 6 of our giveaway is over and here are the results:

 

We have 195 tankers with 1000+ kills. They get 10 Gold Boxes each and the «Griffon T-F» Protection Module (resistance against Magnum, Shaft, Striker).

 

909 tankers have made 500 to 999 kills and receive 5 Gold Boxes each.

 

6683 tankers have made 250 to 499 kills and receive 3 Gold Boxes each.

 

Additionally, all players with 500+ kills got in the chance to receive a free, fully micro-upgraded Magnum turret. But out of all those players, the lucky one was (see screenshot underneath the spoiler). Well done!
