It is so ridiculous, you don't know where the shot is going to fall because you can't see all the map.

 

if you fail by a little bit the damage reduces about 80%.

 

You can't do something against moving targets and close range treats.

 

If you fail, you have to reload 6 seconds, being able to do absolutely nothing.

 

Finally, it is too expensive for what does it offer: nothing other than being a waste in your team.

Maybe the Game makers made this weapon for all those people who don't turn their turrents in games and get bullied by others. We have all been on one said of that battle.If you don't like it then don't buy it. I like it and I am making a game mode for it. It's different from other turrents and is unique. Don't Yuck on other peoples Yum

On your example there is also a time factor, yes they reach the same target but one path is faster, when you shoot with the blue path it will take longer than with the green path. Full power and 90 degree it take more than 5 seconds to come back to you. So for an ambuscade you need to time up right.

The math, for the exact mirror angle between blue path and green path in order to reach the same spot, is pretty easy, they need to sum up to 90 degree. For example  if green is 20 degree then blue will be 90 - 20 = 70 degree. Those angle are complementary. 40 -> 50, 30 -> 60,...

Ah, that makes sense. After all, I do have 80 and 10, although 78 and 15 don't quite add up (literally).

Magnum has by far the hardest handling in the game. I don't know how long you played with it, but you don't become an expert with Magnum in a day. It takes a lot of practice and if you can't endure it - the gun is not for you.

Yes you did, sorry my bad (i'll blame the tiny font size you used :ph34r: )

 

"78 and 15 don't quite add up (literally)." but this is close enough as you will have the splash damage to cover your wrong degree/calculation. Even if you have the right angle you might have difficulty to dose the power/velocity twice at the same level:  too much power or less power.

haven't entered the game since this update, my flash loads for EVERRR.. can any1 help pls?

Try loading a different server. I couldn't get onto RU2 and RU3 all day, but I just went to RU1 and switched servers from there.

And why are Striker/Magnum kits only available in Shop not Garage?

2 - shooting 90° vertical while driving forward makes the shot fall maybe 4 tank lengths before where the shot was actually fired instead of that distance ahead of the firing spot (the vehicle speed at the time should mean the round drops ahead of the point of release)

2 bizarre issues

2 - shooting 90° vertical while driving forward makes the shot fall maybe 4 tank lengths before where the shot was actually fired instead of that distance ahead of the firing spot (the vehicle speed at the time should mean the round drops ahead of the point of release)

1. This is just lag and happens to all turrets. If you want to help developers fix it, you should provide more details on how it happens, like a video of a few of your shots not dealing damage.

 

2. If the projectile was something like a bowling ball being pushed out with a spring, then what you say would apply. But an artillery projectile comes out so fast that the horizontal momentum would instantly be cancelled out by air resistance and other forces. Also, don't forget that a tank that's moving forward tilts back slightly, so even if you are moving at a constant speed, the 90 degree angle will still be a bit over 90 degrees and the shot will land behind you. Either way, I don't think this is a significant issue, and fixing it would require a lot of unnecessary effort.

You need to make 500 kills in 24 hours.

 

If you make 250 kills the first day > 3 Golds.

If you make 250 kills tomorrow > 0 Golds.

 

But, if you make 500 kills > +2 Golds (since it's 5 Golds for 500 kills)

Add a line marker, like Shaft's, it will help Magnum users and Magnum's possible victims.

 

Lower the damage.

 

Make the angle and percentage numbers bigger.

 

And make the turret go 180 degrees.

 

Oh, I forgot, match impact force to recoil force for all turrets but this, and make an alteration that increases impact and recoil by 50% for Parkour enthusiasts, heavy hull users or anyone that can handle increased recoil.

What a horrendous turret. Shooting anything other than flat is almost completely up to luck. Also, who came up with the name? Parents will be concerned when their kids are talking about magnums.

It's a turret with nice potential, but the charging mechanism could use some tweaking. To charge the gun is much too fast; if you hold it for just half a second too long, your shot goes 10 meters off your intended target. Using Magnum becomes more an issue of timing and lightning reflexes than true accuracy.

 

I think that the "reload speed" and "charging speed" should be switched, i.e. reloading after firing becomes slightly faster, but charging the weapon to 100% becomes slower in order to more easily and accurately select the power of your shot. But that's just my opinion. A difficult gun to master, indeed. ;)

Maybe I missed an episod. But why I don't have a discount on Magnum? I have all garage M3. There was an update to delete that discount?

Regarding that, it was under the patch update last week, which bulk discounts were removed. (Thats why they mentioned about people getting unhappy with it). In case if you got another account that still can buy kits in garage, discounts now wont affect the kit price, meaning the kit price will remain unchanged, regardless whether they is discount of turret hull or module. Hope you now had better understanding of the patch update last week.
