It's happening: Chelsea are becoming Arsenal and Arsenal are becoming Chelsea in terms of spending cash.

Don't know why the Chelsea board is doing this. Lately deals have been failing because we keep bargaining till the last moment. We still need an effective defensive midfielder to play alongside Kante and Fabregas. Bakayoko may be a good future asset but he's not delivering at the moment. Drinkwater isn't satisfactory either.

Wait. Why did we sell Matic again?

Ambitious cares :D

even if he spent another 60 million on a player, would they top man city this year? doubtful.

and its not like he hasnt spent money this year

Rudiger-31.5 million

Morata-58.5 million

Bakayoko-36 million

Drinkwater-34 million

Zappacosta-22.5 million

Emerson:18 millon

Barkley: 15 millon

Giroud: 15 million

Ya they have sold some people for big fees also, but its not like they are doing nothing

Would be interesting to see whether Giroud or Morata starts in today's game.

Well, honestly, we all know that Conte will start Morata. But at this point, Giroud is a good option too, if not, better. Now Giroud might haved missed a few chances in his lat games but his contribution to the team has been immense. Excellent link up play, his touch that assisted Hazard's goal vs Brighton was lovely! The way he makes front post runs to draw defenders and makes space for the likes of Hazard, Willian, etc is something we were really lacking.

Morata had a great start to the season. His finishing was phenomenal in his first few matches. He also times his runs properly and his positioning is great. Can't wait to see him end his goal scoring drought.

I won't be watching the match tonight because I have an exam to study for :( but I really want to wake up tomorrow and see a great result for Chelsea

Anyways, this is the 3rd time Wigan has knocked City out of the cup.

2013 FA cup final: Wigan 1 City 0

2014 FA cup sixth round: Wigan 2 City 1

And 1:0 today :p

At the end, neither of them started!

Chelsea 1 Barca 1. Barcelona with one away goal advantage... Will be a tough game at Camp Nou
