[Declined] Video of the Week.

I believe there should be two kinds of entry for he Video of the Week.  One is for higher ranks from Captain and up and the other is for ranks lower than Captain.  This idea is to help the lower rank tankers that have a very slight chance of getting the Video of the Week since higher ranks have better tanks and can do awesome videos of Parkour and other topics.  Lower ranks have a harder time doing Parkour and therefore don't have a good chance of winning the Video of the Week.

The fact that higher modification tanks have stronger recoil doesn't give high ranks that big of an advantage when it comes to VotW. Parkour is not just about who can launch a tank highest into the air. It's about originality and creative use of the game's mechanics. Not to mention that the parkour itself is only half the job, while the other half is video editing and special effects, which isn't limited by rank.

 

Besides, parkour isn't the only video theme. There's things like gold box catches, kill montages, epic moments, special events, etc. So having a better tank is a really insignificant advantage and not a reason to separate the V-log into two categories.
