hey I have an account with the name of weld-007-el3z

I have lost the email because it got hacked few years ago and until this moment I cant find a solution to my problem 

now the email is deleted by hotmail because it was the only solution to protect my personal informations such as bank account details 

 

now I dont have the password and i cant reset the password by email which after deleting my email i have created it again and tried to reset the password but it told my that the email or account cant be found !!! 

I really want my account back because i have invested some money on it and i have lot of M2 stuff :( 

if someone can help me to get the account back it will be great

I have used the option to reset my email is it the one that I should have chosen or is it another option ?!

You did well so for now wait an answer from them and if you don't receive an answer within a week than you can contact them again.

my friend they refused to give me the account back 

I have sent another application this time I have chosen account has been stolen and I have provided as much informations as I can 

if you know any admin or someone that I can talk to him directly it will be great 

because I really want the account back and I have been trying to get it back since 2013-2014  :(

the one who stoled the email got me in lot of problems

Spamming emails to the help desk won't help. Send an email to help@tankionline.com about your account, they will give you a series of questions to answer just to make sure that you're the real owner of the account and if the info you provided is correct you'll get your account in around 5 days. man I cant send them an email 

it says that the email cant be sent to them 

and i have tried to send it 4 times :(

The only way to get your account back is through the help desk. If they refuse to give it back it is most likely because you didn't provide the correct information about the account. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do here to help you with it.
