New bugs discovered after the Critical Error was disabled

Can you fix the error in fix when we minimise tanki tab it misbehaves and you have to shut it, Specially while loading into battles :(

You need to get a screenshot of error so they will understand in a better manner that what is going on when u minimize the game

As you might already have read in this announcement, we’ve disabled the Critical Error in the game. This will allow a number of bugs to to become evident, so that we can resolve them once and for all.

Who hasn't figured out yet that you simply changed the name of "Critical Error" into "An error occurred" and added a nice animated pop-up? :rolleyes:

There's one bug for the steam users. Before Tanki gets on Steam, I didn't expect this bug but after I downloaded it from Steam, it often happens.

 

So each Steam user knows that while playing a game, he/she can enter the Steam Community by pressing Shift+Tab. When I do it during a battle, it automattically crashes and I have to launch Tanki again.

Hi!

I was playing on Serpuhov map yesterday and entered into garage to change my equipment. When I clicked the Return to Battle button, my tank came back to the battle but, part of the garage was covering the screen as shown on the image. I tried to remove the garage from screen by clicking other buttons like Shop and Battle, minimizing and maximizing the screen, but nothing worked. Then left the battle after finishing the battle.

After the magnum's release I logged into the game with grave difficulties & when I was successful I got into a battle.But I faced a terrible bug or glitch which I call.Auto self destruction.I automatically self destruct every time  in my battle refreshing the page is of no use as it has no impact whatsoever.It effects my battle combat performance & my K/D ratio.I tried using Ccleaner & it worked but when I am in a very important match I can't just get out & clear th history every time so please look forward to it.

One thing I have noticed, on my new alt, I use mainly Ricochet and if I die right after firing a shot and said shot hits an enemy player, it won't deal damage. This gets quite annoying since in quite a lot of cases, that would have been the last shot needed to kill who I was shooting at.

OMG, I'm gonna say it again that this is SO frustrating! Some say that it's a minor bug, but it happens to me at least 2-5 times during a 15-minute battle. That's up to 20% of potential kills lost to a bug. And that's a LOT. This has to be fixed  -_-

You should play non-drug battles  :P

Non-drug battles still have DP drops, which result in the same issue, while PRO battles without supplies OR drops are plain, boring stalemates most of the time.

I have the same " problem " , its not a really problem  u maybe had lagg u can see urself shooting but the others don't

Sometimes, when I am drugging with my babe, hammer, 1 out of 3 shots does damage and it is so annoying especially when you are on a face to face combat. Same goes for rail. When I use DD, if won't do damage sometimes.

Projectiles arent affected of your movement speed. This means i can go superfast with my mammoth m0 and shoot upwards. Projectile will just fly up, turn 180 degrees and fall down which is not how it should be. Projectile should be affected of its movement speed before ammunition gets launched into air cause... it makes sense. 

I know this is late, but that is something that happens for all projectile turrets (think about rico). Its not what physics says is right, but they have already said that they won't fix it, as it is not a huge deal.

Yep, and if your double damage runs out after you shoot, it does not do double damage. If the turret has already fired the projectile with DD, the projectile should do double.

Now maps dont open just loading too long time . And alot of time people killing me and they are invisible for me and when i press TAB their names are in grey so i refresh but when someone join his name get grey too. So i have to refresh 1 million time but sometimes when i refresh it dont open its just loading

This might be caused by a slow internet connection. You can try using a cable instead of wifi to see if it improves the situation. Other things you can do is shut down other programs that use part of the bandwidth, or make sure no one else is using the internet at the same time.

The auto-finish timer sometimes doesn't disappear when the teams are once again balanced. This usually happens in battles which have a flag/CP/kill limit so doesn't at all affect the rest of the battle. Occasionally this also occurs in battles that have a time-limit, both the normal timer and auto-finish timer are placed on top of each other (on the same spot) when the teams are once again balanced, only the original timer is in effect but makes it hard to see it.

I have just played a DM battle on the Lost Temple map.

 

Since the introduction of the Magnum turret, when playing on large maps, I keep on receiving the "An error occurred", error message on any large map.

 

This bug is still there.

 

Please fix this bug.

 

There is also a lag bug that keeps on lurking more and more as new updates are being installed. Before releasing updates, please fix the previous bugs and lags caused by the previous updates that have been released. Fix bugs as they are discovered, so Tanki Online will work as expected so that players don't complain about the game.

 

The developer's job is to track and hunt down those bugs, like the bugs that I am now reporting, so that players can have a good gaming experience with Tanki Online.

I really hope you're getting automated error reporting whenever an "An Error Occurred" message shows up. I can't hardly play any game without having that pop up about 12 times. That's no exaggeration, either.

Posted a lot of errors here still no replies by any Developers or community manager i guess wasted a lot of effort posting here as they dont even talk in V-LOG about fixing the errors

Please keep posting them, and it's great that you're providing videos. The issues here are being reported to the developers, it just takes a lot of time and effort to find the cause for these errors and to fix them.

For several weeks now I have been experiencing 'critical error' messages and I am constantly getting kicked out of the game, which is getting very frustrating to say the least. This morning I was kicked out of several different battles 4 times in an hour due to this message. The game is almost becoming un-playable. Why is this occurring more often now?
