Yes I read that part. One could just play a battle and do their mission without compromising their team. If I ever feel like it would hurt my team to do my mission, I play death match. Again, if we are just to do our missions in our own little private battles, what is the point of them?

exactly. no point. thats y maf suggested removing these box missions. they r absurd anyway.

One might say that if the system allow it, then it's not an abuse. Why would someone make his life more difficult?

I suppose "abuse" is the wrong word for it. It's more of an exploit. Players found a way to use the system not the way it was intended to be used and ended up getting big rewards with very little effort. Devs didn't like it, so now they adjusted the system to force players to use it properly.

This is terrible especially for primary xp/bp players. TO has said themselves that free players should only be able to afford one good combo, and what if that is hornet-railgun? You've just ruined most of their income, and cut off their supply income, so they basically become mults in normal battles.  

 

As said before, this slashes players' main source of income. Kit prices, equipment prices, need to be decreased, and battle funds must be increased.

 

It would be so much better just to decrease mission rewards by 30% if they are completed in PRO battles. So much better, and easy to implement as well.

so if get super mission and i need kill 9999 tanks so i need play in non pro battle :(

That is a LOT of shorter battles than, say, a 999 flag or unlimited batlle. As I said, it sucks eggs.

Reduce Daily Mission rewards by 20% and allow them to be finished in pro-battles.

Daily missions were just about the only thing that kept me interested in playing tanki everyday.

 

Many missions are hard with 16+ players on the map.

If I cant complete missions, it doesnt give me satisfaction, which means I dont play anymore.

 

Other changes are nice.

The changes to MUs is good for non buyers without affecting buyers, because now you can Micro Upgrade all the way to M3 if you want to without spending twice the amount of crystals as before.

 

The reasons for change to missions is understandable, people where abusing the system. Even I did a few 1 flag battles to finish a mission. But what effect will this change have for PRO Battles? And for Regular Battles? Are we gonna see even more drugging? Why many of us will need a PRO Pass now that we'll be very busy working in Regular Battles?

 

Maybe Missions needed to be changed but in a different way, for example:

No more Finish 1st

No more 5 Speed Boost Boxes

No more 3 Flags or 7 Points

Instead more Experience missions in CTF, DM, CP and TDM.

 

Or how about one set of Missions for PRO Pass and Premium Account holders and another set for the rest.

 

I would like a clarification on this...

 

Bigger rank brackets when creating battles

 

The rank brackets when creating battles will be increased. This means you’ll be able to create battles for a larger number of ranks.

 

 

Will that also apply when creating a Regular Battle by clicking the Battle button, or just for PRO Battles.

No more Pro Battles for Daily Missions? Well, I think I know why that was (hint hint). But it still sucks eggs.

 

At least you finally did away with getting kicked from battles for no reason - but there was another WORSE BUG

that would actually lock up the battle, preventing you from even closing your Client window!

The only way out of that one was to close Tanki from Task Manage

 

nomore pro  pass we need :) ? and no kick from battels for inactivity /

So just because of that they are going to make super missions even more harder? Huh? Cant even touch pro battles? Its like a sale is coming and you needed that crystals from that super mission to buy something in a month time? Do that player cant even have his option to play in a map he likes to complete mission?

 

Ofc for that one month(Sales mayday), if he want to buy something, wouldnt he be stucked at playing non pro battles in the map he doesnt like just because of one minor abuse?

It was pretty major. Enough people were doing it to a point where it made daily missions pointless. So this update turns "missions" into actual missions that are challenging to complete, but also give a worthwhile reward. Because right now for most players daily missions are just easy money.

My opinion is pretty much the same as everyone else. The daily missions thing sucks and makes absolutely no sense, and everything else I like.

Although I might be a little bit more okay with the whole missions thing if you let all of our stuff go up one MU, so I could have m3 Vik and m2.5 Thunder. pls

Yes: you're wrong.

The MU steps are converted proportionally, so instead of 7/50 you will get 3/20.

 

The way to calculate is: [current step #] / 50 x 20

And round up the number you get, so for you: 7/50x20=2.8, which rounds to 3.

Thx for the reply man that really really helped, i was just about to burn 110k of crystals to mu titan

And twins to step 20 thinking this will get me m4 combo after update. thank you : ) .

So what?  What if they were easy?  Everyone had the same missions over a period of time.  Isn't that a way for players to generate income?  Shouldn't players be able to generate income easily?  I would guess that is why a 10% increase in rewards....but 10% will not come close to offsetting the difficulty created by this new system.

The system wasn't working correctly. The missions were so easy that devs could have just brought back daily gifts instead. Not to mention that the rewards were too OP for the amount of effort that was required. Seriously, if you got a mission for 3 flags, 3 first places and 10 boxes, you could earn over 5000 crystals in less than 3 minutes of playing time. This update does make our life far less convenient - that I can't disagree with. But it was necessary to make Daily Missions what they were originally meant to be.
