Patch Update #451

Three very bad aspects to this update:

(1) I only play probattles, for skill. Why limit daily missions to non-pro batles? No reasons given by Tanki for this limitation

(2) We buy pro battles for 5000 every month. Now, with this change in Daily Missions the price for pro battle pass is not lowered?

(3) Many changes in the past have been disadvantage for long standing experienced players. With MU reduction it is the same: from 50 steps back. But no refund or compensation for the crystals fought for?

I am a non buyer player.

With this kind of disadvantage updates I will stay a non buyer player...

One thing you haven't noticed is the actual price of every MU. It is much greater!

Now think about it: people is not keen on "saving" for something, so for every "bigger" number they will buy crystals or pay with real money straight away.

Even if the total modifications price is the same, be sure that people will buy more for that, being greater unit numbers.

People, especially younger ones, do not save and find themselves with low crystals and a big equipment or modification to buy. The easy way? Get credit card out of the wallet!!

Think people, think ... Tanki do everything for $$ ONE $$ reason!!

What I would have done is to create a new mission for non pro battles with the rewards being 10 times larger than any other mission

This is a good idea .... too good and too fair to come into devs head!!!

And I add a 4th, for reducing the steps in MU:

It will take much slower to MU your equipment, because every single step now is MUCH more expensive, because of the reduction of the number of steps in  MU....

Again, a 4th bad point in update...

Sorry, Tanki dev's, I think you can do much, much better.

What about new maps for more fun? Etc.

Why did you have to do this. :(

please take this update back....

Daily Missions

Rewards for Daily Missions will be increased by 10%. However, after the update, Daily Mission objectives will only be achievable in non-PRO battles.

I am quitting tanki.

I'm also considering quitting TO ... As much as I like this game, I see only not very inspired actions from TO side. It starts to became frustrating!

Man you see all this feedback, 99.8% of this comment section is feedback that tells you that you need to withdraw this update. Seriously, ever since semyon left tanki hasn't been doing too great.

Even some mods don't like this type of update.

Pleaseee withdraw it

To be honest, I have never seen an update get this bad of feedback within the first 10 hours.

Tankers!

This week’s update comes a bit earlier and holds quite a few interesting features.

Daily Missions

After the update, Daily Mission objectives will only be achievable in Non-Pro battles

You wouldn't be doing this if your helpless battle mods could do anything about power-leveling.

At it's heart, this update is UNFAIR.

It's unfair to the non-druggers, because they are forced to play with druggers if they want to earn crystals.

It's unfair to the savers, because daily missions were their main source of income. Now they cannot earn enough income to buy kits and equipment at the unlock rank.

It's unfair to the PRO battle players, because they must endure boredom and missions become a chore.

It's unfair to standard battle players, because people will be fighting over drop-boxes, and sabotaging the player in first, to complete missions.

It's unfair to the strong players who do not want weak mission-mults and non-druggers with bad equipment on their team.

It's unfair to the weak players, because those that play in standard battles are those that can afford it. The weaker players need to save up from PRO battles so they can build up supplies to compete.

It's unfair to xp/bp players who really, really, cannot play in standard battles.

It's unfair to normal, casual players, who stuck around day after day because of missions.

How on earth and in the reaches of the universe was completing missions in PRO battles a "loophole"??? The amount of crystals you get from missions is the same whether you do it in 5 minutes or 5 hours.  Even for a player that does no more than their missions each day, they can barely afford as much as even a weak buyer, at the cost of not ranking up fast.

Solutions:

1. Decrease mission rewards completed in PRO battles by 30%, increase them completed in standard battles by 15%.

2. Decrease prices of everything, because you've just slashed most players' source of income.  In addition, in standard battles they are less competitive, which means they will not only lose mission profits (completing "finish first" missions) but get less of the battle fund.

3. Increase battle funds.

(3) Many changes in the past have been disadvantage for long standing experienced players. With MU reduction it is the same: from 50 steps back. But no refund or compensation for the crystals fought for?

As well as many advantages. In fact upgrades were a lot cheaper two years ago and we were able to upgrade a single important parameter like damage or armor. And if you had just one maxed parameter after the update in dec 2015 you get fully upgraded modification.

There were cheaper kits too. Now they removed additional sales on kits. The oldest players are actually the most benefited ones.

What you want to be refunded exactly for? That's cheeky.
