I hate this update :( admins know that they're doing wrong and it will take forever to complete supermissions in a NON pro battle, today i completed my mission of coming first(once) , believe me in a 15 mins battle, i wasted 9 reps (1350 cry) 11DD (550 cry) 6DA (300 cry) and 2 SU (100 cry), i wasted 2300 cry for getting 1.5K as a reward :(

and i think my 70GB goldbox gonna take 1 year to get completed, cz i have less than 50 drugs left... :(

Hilarious! I have no choice of battles now to apply to my mission except battles that include Legends. Now maybe 12 hours form now there will be ore choice. But players want to play when .. pay attention Tanki ... when they want to play,

Before the battle button it was a chore to find a game that was at your rank, was not already a blowout, and was not a Poly CP or some other BS like that.  The Battle button made it easy to find a game just about always. 

 

Now after pressuring people to but pro passes Tanki puts in a new system that removes the only reason I had to buy a PPass. And the flood the non-pro games with m1 vs m3 matchups. Now it is impossible to find a battle again.

 

Just think about it for a moment. What company makes so many drastic untested change to their only product in so short a time? The only answers are: a desperate company.or A very inept company. Well one leads to the other I guess.

I guess the whole idea of playing Tanki and working the mission chain is just over. I can just drop in and play every so often if I feel like it. But you know how this goes. Once you pass that point you basically just stop playing the game.

Its not just m2+ vs M2. Its m2 and change vs m1. Most (of equipment that is MUd) MUs are partially upgraded, but M2.2 against M1 is still slaughter. Remember drugs accentuate the disparity. Near sighted, lucky, and buyers have the advantage. 

I'm not really tempted to waste a cent on MUs right now, I have 1 M2 turret, and while I'm hurting for hulls, I have get m2 isida on this next sale. Sales P1ss me off because they aren't on at the same time, nor in the right order. I'd rather have everything be on sale for a week, rather on day each type. I am glad that they revamped the MU sale, but I wish I could save the on difference between my MU level and the next M level. (e.g. M1.6 isida, if I want to buy M2 I have to pay full price, when I wish I could M2 for the remaining price of upgrades. I believe the no return point is around m-.7

Those with M2 equipment can upgrade some. But for most part they are saving crystals for M3 stuff, and using free mission supplies.

What does a legend have to spend crystals on?  MUs and supplies and M3 Modules. They have waaaaay more.

OK. where did the poll that was momentarily at the top of the page? did you remove it, and if so, why? It only had 15 votes, and 100% of them said that this update was messing up the game. did that look too bad on you, tanki? really?

The statement was the the game is "dead". 40k players is by no means "dead", so the argument is invalid.

 

Now, whether or not the game is "dying" is a completely different question and I say that even though the game is losing players, that's not necessarily because of "bad updates", but rather because the game is simply old and outdated. Players are getting bored of it and leaving, while potential new players come to similar games, which are more modern and superior.

 

Heck, devs never even expected Tanki to blow out of proportion like that, so whatever happens at this point, it's impossible to deny that the project has been a huge success.

What else is impossible to deny is that 95% of the gamers think the update on missions is a HUGE mistake.

 

And those of us who spend the 5000 crystals on Pro-Pass feel cheated.

 

You know how I will approach daily missions now? I will swap any that dont give crystals or any that I cant complete by gathering boxes.

I'll just join random games with large maps and collect the boxes and leave. I never used to do that. But thanks to this ridiculous update I will now.

That thinking is obsolete. Now tehre is no reason not to buy an MU step as soon as you can afford it. Buyinh 10 mu steps is the ssame as buying the next stage. So why "save up" and get 10 steps of improvement 3 months form now? Gain that increase ASAP and benefit from it while you earhn th enext stage.

Maybe. But the update just happened so person I replied to will not be already facing heavy MU-ed M2s yet.

Add me to the 95%! Now I have no need to spend any crystals for the assinine Pro Pass. On the flip side I cannot even find a battle to complete my mission (1000 XP on a TDM map) how ridiculous is that? Since we cannot create a battle who knows when the stupid system will create the battle and it would be most likely at a time that I cannot play! What idiots.  As far as the guy who said that 45,000 players indicate that the game is not dying, he forgets that before these dumb updates there were at peak time over 65,000 players!  That is a loss of 20,000 which is a 3rd of the players.  Also, I have noticed that of the 45,000 players are new sign ups since I see the servers busy but very few battles for my rank. I guess the people who are running Tanki have no clue of what the numbers tell them and they still keep mucking up the game.  Not to mention the fact that they cannot get an update implemented correctly the first time and they have resorted to longer downtime and multiple restarts.

The game is still in Beta. Either way, it's already far superior than Tanki Online and has a much bigger future.

Yeah, good luck with that! I tried it and even for beta is crap. You cannot even tell what rank you are since the icons are so small so you have no idea if you are out ranked and out gunned. there are are a lot of things wrong with Tanki X so I stopped playing it. Not interested in crappy beta stuff. Tanki now has become just as crappy with all these updates and patches while the real problems do not get fixed.

ahahaaaaaaa! I remember they used to be 60,000 to 95,000 once upon a time. Now it is half that and you think this is good? Also you overlook the fact that the majority of those players must be newbies because now I can hardly find battles at my rank to complete my missions.

If I have Hornet XT and Railgun XT full MU (50/50), then that will decrease to 20/50?

That thinking is obsolete. Calculate difference between a KIT price and buying hull and turret with protection (paint excluded) on full price. And you even you upgrade full and equals M3, you can't go further. This update is clearly as bright as sun is for buyers only. I don't have anything against buyers but the thing is that the dish DEVs are presenting to buyers is made of non-buyers. extra crispy.

Listen up everyone, you know as well as I know that the devs were drunk while being in freaky mode when they added this update.

 

 

 

And yes, I agree that some of the missions logic was funky, for example: I would see a 500 exp. Mission with a reward of 650 to 800 crystals at my rank while a 3 1st mission would give me between 1200 and 2550 crystals at my rank.

 

So a better idea would be to swap the rewards of those missions. And remove the inability to complete missions in pro battles.

missions will be harder and it will take at least one or two hours to finish because of this update before i can just finish within minutes 

 

and please delete this update this is cancer everyone is mad about it
