Tanki online client not oprning

Hey I am stuck at this bar, it just loads on forever. I have tried uninstallign and reinstalling but it is still not working.

Try this in case it will help, follow the procedure below.

• Uninstall the game client.
• Open a application called "Run'' by pressing  Win+R or simply search in the start box.
• Search for %appdata% in that Run.
• There you'll see a folder called ''TankiOnline''. You can just delete the "Local Store" folder but I suggest you to permanently delete the entire folder called ''Tankionline'' by pressing Shift+Delete.
• Re-install the game client.
