[Invalid] New special paint

People who become moderators, receive special paints and keep it till they are in any staff position. Some of them spend years to help people, get helper paint, and when they quit, these paints (+forum avatar and question mark symbol) just vanish. I think it would be great to give such players another special paint as a gratitude, like Veteran paint but the name is already used lol

This has already been introduced starting with the "Best Helper 2016" paint, that was given out to best helpers of last year. Those guys keep it forever even if they leave their position. Some left their job before 2016 ended and still got the reward paint. It's entirely possible that this will be done every year, so your idea is basically already in the game. Such reward paints won't be given to mods who simply left without any recognition - becoming a mod isn't enough of an achievement to deserve a unique paint forever as reward.
