Did not receive mission credits / completion.

I played a number of games today about noon Arizona, USA time ( UTC - 7 hrs ).  In one CTF game I had about 40 kills but received no credit.  When I started the games I had 180/500 mission experience in battles and ended with the same #.  I was first on my team by a large margin in one game and I believe I was first in another but received no credit for finishing first in a battle.

 

Is it possible to examine systems logs to verify this info and determine what the problem is?
