Happy Face missing

I bought the special holiday happy face paint to be in my garage and now its gone..I did have the normal holiday one but now the new one is missing .  I paid 80 k in crystals and just noticed its been removed .. not sure which three accounts i got it on ,but not sure which one ..

Bydo,  contact helpdesk, help@tankionline.com . They might refund or give you back the paint. Good luck :D

In addition to what is mentioned above I would recommend you to wait for the scheduled restart of servers and see if the missing items are returned to your account(s) because sometimes whatever was missing gets back to the owner's garage after the scheduled server restart but if not than you probably should do the thing mentioned above and contact the help desk via this form.

mine was last night .. next one will be later today I'm about 5 hours difference from England UTC

nope still waiting for this .Not sure why it has not been fixed I emailed and even PM the CM along with his boss still nothing said on it. can someone  please look into this ..

the funniest part is they still ask for account information even if you just want to get your items back and even if its not your account, its not in danger :D

ok so far to update this , my email is working again Yea finally bit still waiting on the paint problem ?? not sure if this will get fixed ((

Did you got answer from them or not? Let me know if you got a ticket number regarding your problem or not, if not than I think I know the solution to it.

well please do tell cause i have been in contact with them and they still can't figure where its gone . if I did get hacked then that person took it from me , over all they can't find it so far .. and i'm out 84 k for this paint

I see. Well let's just wait and see what they will say and their final answer. Not much can be done about it, especially me. Let's hope the best for now.

Not much can be done about it than :l, try to provide them with more info in case you didn't mention some things and you forgot to mention them, but if you did everything you could than it is better to forget I guess.

Sir how can I forget . this just means i   have little trust in the system .where it comes to buying items when the system states that i never got it . but you did . I was told my account could have been hacked but still have not been confirmed on it .either way it should be indicated that it was done but yet nothing say's i did . so this is why i have lost trust in this game . even now in battles your killing and say you kill 5 but you only get credited for only 2 so i loose out on 3 kills , this has been on going for some time .

Interesting, haven't really heard about that other problem tho. How often did you encounter it and did you take any pictures or videos about it, it would help a lot when I'm reporting it. In the future if you have a mission that says get 10 kills and you kill 10 person while recording but at the end of the battle, it displays or shows that you killed only 7 tankers please make sure you get a good video out of it, if possible. I would appreciate it since it is something that needs to be reported.  :)

I have sent in the info so many times to tanki on line , they end up sending me back info on stuff not pertaining to what i send to them .this is also another thing I gave up on. no point sending anything in cause they just tell you to clear your system and other garbage . so its nothing but a run a round with this company.

I would give it time but after giving it a month    Posted 03 Apr 2017 - 14:36   and only getting two responses from them give me little hope in even seeing a crystal returned . all they said is they could not find any proof that I did buy the paint . if my account was hacked there should be some kind of proof but according to there records there is no proof and i have been down this road before on issues . I was going to take a photo of it in my garage but the day i went to do it, that was the day i noticed it was not in my garage.

Do you have evidence of any crystal reduction of that time? It would help i .e screen shots of prev crystals and after buying crystals.

yes i do have proof for the crystal loss amount  . its been over three weeks since i last spoke to them so it looks like they closed my case file. like I said I have given up on even trying to deal with them

Try giving those proofs. They wont close any file until you say so.
