My questions are as follows: 

 

1. If the XTs become skins, will we get a refund on the crystals we spent upgrading the XTs? (If not I would quit tanki :P )

 

2. Why are XTs so stock. I mean, we can't have sales on MU's for them (and when we do it's kinda lame) or alterations, and they are more then 2x the price of a regular m3.

Hi Tanki,

As you guys already know about the game lags, it lag so much during the game (battle). and most of the times when you restart the Client, it dropped you out of your battle, while your client size is just 9.xx MBs. other games clients are like 500 MB or more. so if it is possible, and it is possible to download maximum Tanki data as a Client (like 300 MBs) and just pass a signal for every tanker from their PC to the battlefield (game) so the game will not lag so much. All data would be downloaded in PC, so it can be load easily in the memory (just like other games as Stronghold Crusader, Call of Duty 4 etc . . . )

Nope, sorry, it doesn't work that way. If your ban or block is justified and there's solid proof of your wrongdoing, you cannot be unblocked nor unbanned.

Oh by the way, I know of a player who's account got scammed through some scam link by a scammer. The account pass couldn't be changed as it was linked to an email. In the meantime the scammer got the account banned forever from chat and the actual player of the account stayed banned from chat for over a year.

Only recently did the player manage to prove that she wasn't responsible for the wrongdoing and was unbanned.

If you speak of natural justice, the player ought to be given some sort of compensation.

But I suppose that's not possible so wouldn't IP bans be better?

Also I feel that the permanent ban/block is too harsh. I was wondering if the max ban/block period could be reduced to 6 months?

There's no way to create an NON-pro battle, If you press the “Battle” button and there isn’t an existing battle suitable for your rank, the system will automatically create a standard battle for you and start sending other players your way.

Depends on the nature of the violation(s). Not every case is the same nor all the punishments are, and we do not issue them lightly. If someone is banned forever, there is a very good cause for such decision and was given after a lot of previous warnings and issues. As for blocked accounts, that's the jurisdiction of tech support and you can learn more about it in the following topic: http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2305-ive-been-punished-what-to-do/
