I want the dislike button back in the forum

I heard someone explaining why this update was good. he said:the missions now are harder to complete and now you can't rely on them to give you easy crystals.

but the problem is the drug issue.is it worth using 50 dd to complete a mission with a reward of 20 dd?

9999 kill-reward 600 dd? a waste of time just to lose drugs.

I do agree with that, saving drugs had become harder now.


 

 

Is there any alternatives possible having daily mission available for PRO battles? e.g A minimum number of players required, etc... It is really hard to complete them, especially if you want to save supplies. Before the update, players went into PRO battles to minimalize their supply usage, but can't do this anymore.

 

 

That is one of my ideas, I hope devs can do something like this.

Rank Limit Change: Great for Marshals.  As a Legend I was kind of enjoying the slaughter of lower ranks in standard battles.  So, Meh, for me.

 

Mission rewards = more supplies, less crystals.  Meh, for everyone.

Tanki is a great game.

You guys who are criticizing it have (I assume) never developed a game before.

Due to this update, it will become slightly harder to acquire new equipment. You will need to rely less upon daily missions and more on actual fighting to get better equipment. This is not a bad thing, although, in the short run, this is bound to create some whining.

 

Many players say (dramatically as possible), "I am leaving Tanki, Hazel-Rah has ruined it, bye." And they quit... and most of them rejoin after a week, realizing things are maybe not quite as bad as they had expected.

 

 When I logged in after a server restart, I would normally create a Sandbox (with a battle type that matched my missions) and invite a friend, collect the boxes, capture the flags, and finish first. Then I would claim 1,500 cry and a bunch of drugs. The new updates prevent that.

And that is, in the long run, a good thing.

You guys are whining because the game is getting harder to play. This is an expected short-term reaction. However, I actually think it is more fun to have a more challenging game. If the game was less challenging, then it wouldn't be as fun.

 

Hazel-Rah doubtless knows what he is doing, and despite all the whining and "RIP Tanki" and "I'm Leaving" exclamations, Tanki has progressively gotten better over the past year I have been playing.

Good job Developers!  :)

If not then...

Wait until you have to play legends (no filters on normal battles) that not only have better hulls and turrets than you do, but have way more supplies and... 50% protection against the one or two M3 turrets you might have.

Then come back and say how easy it is to get crystals so you can upgrade and try to compete.

 

The Tanki economy is currently so biased to winning that, unless your team wins the battle you get barely any crystals, regardless of how you performed individually.

Many Tankers relied on completing weekly missions for income to make basic improvements. Now that is nerfed.

 

Just because you like supplies doesn't mean everyone else does. People may have different opinions on what is "exciting". For me exciting is not dying every 15 seconds because of constant Double Damage.

Pro-Battle Passes were designed for those who like customized battles. Ruined now because of this mission update.

 

So get off your soap-box.

Hahahaha it's just funny what these tanki devs are doing... I remember when there was like 100k+ players in the peak hours, Christmas 2014 had like 140k+ players, lmao the most I see is like 40k.... Tanki is just going to lose everyone except the addicted buyers....

We’ve also made additional changes to the rank limits for battle creation. The default rank bracket for Legends has been decreased to Fieldmarshal - Legend, and the bracket for Generalissimos has been decreased to Brigadier - Generalissimo. The brackets for other ranks have been slightly expanded.

 

 

Is this default for Normal-battles (Battle Button), Pro-Battles or both?

Ehmm... actually I didn't do any of those things. None of those things were my decision. Additionally, to say that all updates were negative is a bit unfair. There have been a lot of positive updates in the game that players have been happy about.

i never said it is your fault. your job is liaison between players and tanki right!. so after 99,99% disagreements on the updates from december 2016 till now they still don't get the "big picture". we don't like it and as your programmer said in the v-log of last week turning his head "It's just not good for us" so that means the money is not enough (players entering the game and few buyers no they want all buyers) so i wounder where is the honesty about that!!!

i ruined 2 computers playing in the last 6 years here. Because we know playing this game 3/4 hours a day every day ruined the computer and make no mistake no one argue with me. i know that 100% like when i said about the bug could be from the fast weapons and no one said i am right and you found out i am right after a year  B)  :wacko:  :blink:

however, you have an old server and every update you the game gets worst. and the bugs Re-enter the game etc,.. is still going on and on so nothing fixed ... so instead of pushing ur brains to the limit to find what is the way the increase the in-com i recomande you to use it to clear and find softwar solutions for better play. with that been said i wish the system crack down and we go back to the first update of 2016 and stop there.

You will see 2 peaks, the first one is probably (India + middle east) and the second one (EU) and this is the highest. On normal day it is between 40 and 50k. And on special day it's up to 70k+.

Stating that the number had halved is not a big news. Doing nothing will not help.

Reducing gap power between level and planning skill-based matchmaking will definite help to bring fairness to the game. Of course between the idea and the actual implementation it could all go of road.

However, as stated in the opening post, for lower ranks, the rank bracket was slightly increased. So if a colonel for example clicks the battle button and a new battle is created, it will have a far wider rank range.

So they didn't actually solve our problem, did they?

I use shaft, which even against a tank with DA will still do 1,500 damage at m3, which is more than what a rail would do with DD. This massive jump in damage can kill-steal very easily, especially in DM. You can get tons of supplies and cry by completing the daily mission chains. My old account was banned due to a paygarden error. I know what I am talking about.

Get more skilled, the supplies falling from the sky can be used to your advantage, and you do not have to die every 15 seconds if you are more skilled.

With different levels of equipment being less different in performance, buying the occasional supplies 100 kit now makes sense.

Rewards for missions have increased by another 10% compared to the rewards before Patch Update #451, which was released on March 29th.

Tanki has another set of mind that knows nothing about management. It can be seen that Tanki only care the buyers; they prefer only 10k to 20k players who are all big-spending-buyers playing the game rather than a total of 100k+ buyers and non-buyers playing. What they can see is the Dollar Sign, this is understandable; however, they don't, and never will, understand that to keep buyers happy, they also need non-buyers in the game. Why? Because buyers own better, or even super, tanks and they are the "predators" in the game. On the other hand, non-buyers usually (not all but most of the time) own relatively (a lot) weaker tanks and they are the preys in the game. In order to keep buyers, especially those kids with rich parents, happy and stay and pay, non-buyers are necessary to be kept playing as the preys whom to be hunted and killed buy the predators (buyers). It can be seen that Tanki's mind is straight and only can see one thing at a time. Something like, for example: Oh, we want to boost up the sale of Shaft, let's buff it a lot and nerf the rest. Oh, we want the players to buy, let's cut down they crystal rewards.... etc, etc. If they learn management 101, they should know as long as there are lots of people playing the game (e.g. 100k+, or even 150k+), they would only need a certain percentage of the players to pay and that will be enough, unless they are so greedy. To make most players happy and willing to pay is way better than only care about some spenders. Have you even seen McDonald's sale luxury burgers that cost USD20 each for rich people?

He mentioned it again because it has been increased by 10% once again. So its higher than he was at the time of Patch Update #451
