Any annoying bugs in the garage that you have encountered?

Friday, April 7, 2017 I was playing with Iran CTF and right next to me was my friend (Tanki Username: Griffito). I was capturing flags using Firebird/Wasp when I get cornered by two enemy tankers. Quickly I turned the other direction but I was too late, one of the enemy tankers had the Tunder and killed me. My friend started whining about how I should of used repair kits so that I could return the flag for a point but I did not have any so he told me to go and buy some. I went to Garage -> Supplies -> Repair Kits. Each repair kit is 150 crystals, at the time that seemed like nothing but then when I wanted 10 repair kits the cost was 1500! The math is correct (150 x 10) but I still got the ten repair kits. I clicked the "Buy" button and waited for the 10 repair boxes to be in my bar of "drugs" but they never came, so I went into a few matches to see if it takes some time for the product to load in or whatever but it never came. I payed 1500 crystals for something that I never got, I was saving up for M1 Firebird but now a whole 2 weeks worth of crystals have gone nowhere and I would like to have my crystals refunded. I have contacted Tanki Online's Customer Support but they have not responded yet. I love playing Tanki Online, I've been playing for about a year, but if I don't get a refund I will slowly but surely start quoting the game.

 

Any bugs in the garage that you have experienced? If so write what happened and your anger level 1-10, 10 being raging tanker and 1 being super calm tanker... :)

Check the speed of your Internet connection. (For example, try visiting this site: SpeedTest.) If your download speed is low, files will load slowly. Tanki recommend a minimum connection speed of 256 kbps.

i think this happens because of lag either your internet or the game server and it did happen to me a lot before, i buy a few supplies but when i leave i don't get them in my supplies bar 

but if you refreshed your browser or client u will get your crystals back, it worked with me every time this happens

The best option is report the problem to the Tech Support using this form. And put the amount of crystals spent on this supply and provide more details (like the number of supplies purchased, etc) in the big box below. More info.

I restarted router and refreshed garage lots of times still nothing...

Usually they reply within 24h but sometimes it might take longer than that depending on the work they do so I guess you just have to wait their response. If they don't respond within a week than you can send them another email/submit the form once again.
