plz help me with this admins, i cant play tanki now, and i cant even join pro battles with my friends and do parkour with them. proof - http://prntscr.com/evc61n. Everything has been resolved :)) 

 

P.S- this wasn't a photoshop trick, i dont even have photoshop or any programs like that.

Have you purchased Crystals lately? if yes which method did you use?

 

It happened long time ago to one of the players who tried to purchase crystals with a stolen Credit Card, the owner reported that, and he got his money recoverd (as far as i know), I think that is the reason the amount of crystals is in minus now.

That could be the best reason. Maybe after he purchased crystals from the Shop, he purchased something with them too, spending more than the bought amount. After on, the owner claimed the lost money, so they removed crystals.

Multiply it with a minus and it's gonna be positive again!

 

Just multiply, don't be a mult!

What happens if you earn some more crystals by playing? Are they added? Is the negative amount of crystals reduced?

Server can "think" negative crystals are a result of cheating. If you're sure you did not do anything wrong, please contact the help desk and explain the problem. Explain to them what happened, what you purchased and they will eventually fix it for you.

 

I remember it happened to a another player long before and when he contacted the credit card company, they said they had authorized it, but in fact hadn't. The help desk resolved it all and everything was solved.

Its all good, it happend because i bought something off a gift card, and then threw it away and someone took the money off it before tanki did. Now the issue is resolved:))
