Game not opening on 12/4/2017

I've tried both client and website, and the game is not opening.

The loading screen takes 10 minutes and then then gives this message:

 

Cannot establish connection (host: 37.48.74.137, ports: 15050,14444,15223,15190,15222)

 

My internet is fine, the wiki and forum are opening.

There are only 27k players online, so high traffic should not be an issue.

 

I need to complete mission, so please fix it or tell me what I can do.

 

And today is the double funds day, so I'm losing crystals while I'm waiting.

Restarting your router/modem should fix the problem.

 

This happens due to instability of your internet connection. Reboot your modem/router and it will be fixed unless the ports are blocked by someone "maybe your own internet department" or someone who has control of your internet is denying you from accessing, but try doing this first.
