Machine gun slot?

Machinegun slot:

It can be a lot of fun and better gameplay with machinegun slot? What i mean, In real life many tanks have 

machine gun on Hull/Turret so that can be added in game.Machinegun slot can be add on turrets and be low range,damage parts which ones would have "Auto-aim" system which means when enemy tank get close to us it automaticlly shoots him with low damage.

Other idea is machinegun can be in front side of tank and automaticlly shoot enemys when get close to our front side.

New Gamemode:

When we have machineguns, with "Auto-aim" System in this gamemode we can invite our friends to controle

our machineguns. Normaly our machinegunner can't move tank but he can aim in diferent sides then main tanker. His controls would be much diferent: He will controle machinegun with mouse,shoot with any button he sets in options, he would be able to move machinegun left,right,up and down.

We all know that can be boring to just play match with mouse so before match starts both players pick own combination and change positions every 3-5 deaths.

Different machineguns:

As different in game turrets we can also have different machineguns like:

Slow fire rate-Bigger damage

Fast fire rate-Lower damage

 

That's all from from me.

I know this can make a huge difference to gameplay we have now but for me it can be great thing.

Tanki Online already has Vulcan, which is this game's version of a machine gun. It already deals fairly low damage, so adding yet another machine gun with even lower damage is just pointless. Also, developers don't want to add any automatic damage assists to the game (with the exception of vertical autoaim, which still requires horizontail aiming). They want Tanki to be 100% player vs player combat with no AI factors determining one's victory.

I would find it being boring being the mini gunner. Also people with bad ping will have a terrible time controlling the mini gun or the tank Becuase it's like two people in one tank, and they both think differently. The close range auto aim would somewhat force people to stop using firebird, Isida and maybe freeze Becuase the auto aiming turret will just ruin their day.

I agree with you, BUT i think it would be so cool being the mini gunner (until you get bored)

Vulcan is actually more of a galling gun (barrels are similar to a galling gun)

 

But yeah, galling guns and machine guns both do overheat if used too long, so yeah they're similar in that aspect

Maf, was there ever deleted any gun?

Not as far as I'm aware. It's possible that some ideas were being developed and later scrapped. Also, some weeks after Shaft was first added, developers made big changes to it and decided to remove Shaft from the garages of those, who bought it, and gave everyone a refund.
