I keep getting kicked out of matches for inactivity during their loading.

I used to play Tanki with this computer about a year ago and everything worked fine. I'm now using the same computer again, but Tanki only works until I get to the main menu. When I click on a match, I can only wait with the loading screen to be taken back to the main menu with a never-ending loading screen, and sometimes with the kicked for inactivity message. I've tried different search engines and anything I could think of to fix the problem. What could be causing this?

Try cleaning your cache and all the other different methods Tanki has to offer. If that doesn't work, there honestly is no solution. Your experiencing lag, and lag, my friend, is Tanki's number one enemy.

That is due to the inactivity time being reduced to 2 minutes. So when you load a new map it has to be done in less than 2 minutes.

Your problem generally takes place when your internet is slow, so maybe closing internet consuming applications first like torrents, YouTube etc. Might help

Otherwise I would suggest you to make an empty battle with the map of your choice, and then keep joining it no matrer how many times you get kicked. You will eventually get inside (probably after 2 or 3 tries) and once that happens. That particular map will load up faster for you after that. So you won't get kicked.

First time loading does that kind of thing because you need to download the whole map and stuff..
