Hello, everyone, I welcome you to the Challenge Of OutSide World. This topic is about "the challenge" of outside this game. Once in a weak, there will be a different kind of challenge that will be posted here and I want every one of your ideas to be shared with your willingness. Please feel free to discuss those challenges with the massive idea. 

 

Before I start up with the challenge, here is some of the rule that must be followed: 

- Please be mindful and make sure no one broke the forum rules.

- Be creative and clear with your ideas to be discussed.

The challenge might be difficult, but please bare with me. Here goes...

Challenge Number 1: What is the ideal Millennial banking experience?

In today’s competitive and rapidly changing world of finance, banks must predict customer interests and adapt early to new technology. Catering to the expectations and preferences of millennials is especially vital as this influential group continues to determine the future direction of banking.

Millennials have already led the charge towards increased online and mobile banking, but there is much more on the technological horizon. We at ATB are relentless in making banking work for people. It is imperative for us to understand YOUR ideal banking experience and make banking work for the most important person: You!

We are interested in the ideal millennial banking experience. Specifically, please answer the following: 

How long have you been with your current bank? Why did you choose this bank?

 

How often do you do the following:

Visit the physical bank location 

Use the ATM 

Use online / mobile banking

 

What is your preference and for which banking needs?

Please describe your ideal banking experience. What bank features available today are most important to you? Is technology an important factor in your decision on where you bank?

 

Describe your ideal banking experience in the future. How would you like to see technology improve your banking experience? Consider advancements such as:

-availability of third party apps 

-virtual reality 

-voice, touch and facial recognition 

...and the list goes on!

 

Walk Through Step 1-3: 

- Think back on your banking experiences, including the way you chose your current bank and the types of banking you choose to do. What factors made you choose your current bank? When and why do you choose to use a physical bank, an ATM, or online banking services?

-Considering what is available today, what banking features and experiences do you value the most?

 

-Think ahead years into the future. What does your ideal future banking experience look like? How does it work? How has it improved what is available today?

2. You misunderstood, I don't want to know your banking preferences, I wanted to an answer how we can improve things, that's all. It's a challenging world and I am looking forward to being part of one. )
