Add laser trajectory to magnum

I don't know if this would be too difficult to impliment, but it would be cool if manum had a laser trajectory, sort of like how shaft has a laser whilst in scope mode. This would make magnum easier to use as you could see the path that the projectile will follow, and it would perhaps be a little more fair for the enemy.

First of all, lasers don't follow a curved path through air. But even if we put realism aside, this would just make aiming with Magnum way too easy. There's already players (I consider myself as one of them) who can land most of their shots on target even without any help from a laser, so if this was added it would result in Magnum getting a big nerf in some other aspect, like damage and reload.

People who want to use the Magnum have to learn how much power to use and which angle to fire at Becuase if they did not, Magnum would be useless. Practice makes perfect! (Depends on how you practice)

I agree with you.

 

I call it 'laser type indicator'. But I also want damages lowered, because Magnum is OP in good hands and when your team is dominating, and you got a good aim at the enemy's spawn area or you use it as a thunder. In bad hands is a mult, but it wouldn't be such a mult if it had an indicator.

 

I also want the turret to turn, but that's another topic, I think.

It would make the turret too strong. Just learn how to use it. The damage is too high for it to have easy precise aiming every time.

Then decrease the damage - I've seen people at low ranks get obliterated in no time.

Actually i think its a good idea! Noobs will be better, but however, i know alot of players that hide behind the wall and aim about 2 minutes and than miss... Nah...

Yeah, i agree about laser, damage and reload, but that will make tanki unrealistic (lol btw its already too unrealistic xD)

Uh, no.

 

It's not supposed to hit enemies directly (except in parkour) unless you need to defend yourself from an approaching enemy.

 

Just practice, and make use of its splash damage.

In my opinion the indicator should be the default because even noobs will benefit from that and when people are good with the turret they can then get the alteration that removes the indicator.

 

That could also help balance the turret because devs can see how Magnums are performing without alteration and with the alteration.
