Tanki Support Not Supporting Me

On April 7th, I wanted to buy 10 repair kits for 1,500 crystals, and I did but never got the repair kits... I sent an email to the Tanki support staff the next day (when I found the email) and they said that they would reply within 24 hours. Later they sent me an email saying

 

"We will send a reply, as soon as your issue is resolved.

It may take maximum seven days, but normally we consider it in a shorter time."

 

Today has been one week (7 days), and still no email....

Some glitches are able to occur when purchasing supplies, if the supplies are purchased and they aren't showing up in battles, a simple reload should refund your crystals.

 

Do check to make sure your crystals aren't refunded, I'd advise you to wait one more day as the help desk can have some delay, if the help desk doesn't reply back to you within 24 hours, it would be beneficial to respond to that email asking for a solution to solve your issue.
