You can buy crystals using any giftcard listed here  "official and updated list of available brands on the PayGarden website", check if your gift card is there, if it's then you can use it.

It says Amazon but when I try to buy there Amazon doesn't show up.

If the gift card did not show up, it means paying with that particular type of gift card is not possible yet. Please try a different payment method.

If you're not in the US, you won't be able to use the gift card through Paygarden to purchase crystals.

you can buy crystals directly on the visa card in tanki no need to use pay garden which takes a % off your card and you loose out on it , if it does not work still try contacting visa or  go on line to visa and see if there is a issue with the card , some have to be registered before using them or have to wait until its been activated , visa if purchased  in some locations it could  take up to 24 hours before activating .

I have tried all of this.... It used to work but recently whenever I buy a OneVanilla card It wont work :(

I have heard some others getting blocked because of some payment issue with PayGarden as well. Since I don't live in the US and I don't use Gift cards to buy through PayGarden, I don't know how things work in there but that is the way you pay when it comes to Gift Cards on the US in TO. Better leave it completely or simply use it. It is up to the one who is buying it, not us.

ok another thing are you on the internet with tanki or on steam ? cause if on steam with tanki they will not allow you to use one time cash cards like visa . they want a legal visa account . this way if any issues they can credit your card or bill it the correct fee's , also if they give a sale and charge you the incorrect price they can adjust it . best place to talk to now is tanki on line if all above info is not working . good luck hope it gets resolved for u...
