A good update though a bias one.. Why did you HAVE to bring the Daily Bonus feature? And you did, why did this not happen for normal players as well?

Next update: Unlimited supplies pass and pro battle creation menu ( for a week @ 2000 crystals , only for premium users)

Yup, in the current way things are going looks like non-buyers would have to start paying even for logging in the game itself!!

Some interpretations and observations of update...

 

Crystal missions - Basically forces a losing team to stay in lop-sided battle and continue to be "wrecked".

At least with XP missions your xp counts toward mission as you play...

 

WHY?

No. It tries to force players to remain in battle when losing, but the real effect is not this. Players will leave and search for another battle where they can join the winning side. Just imagine, you have 30 mins today to play. You start a battle to finish your crystal mission. What would you do when you see that your team clearly loses? Stay and get 40 crystals for 200 XP? Or leave and start another battle?

 

I LOVE joining a losing team and trying to lead them to victory. I NEVER quit when we are behind. Because winning against a strong enemy gives me way more satisfaction than slaughtering noobs.

 

And it breaks my heart that Tanki tries to eradicate fair battles between equally strong opponents. The mission update is basically a middle finger to Pro battles (which were way more fair and exciting thanks to no drugs). They increased the brackets, so I can choose that I want to play against M1s or M4s. They made the life of non-buyers much harder with less crystal mission chance and no kit discounts. And now this, buyers get an even bigger advantage AND another update to make the losing side run. Perfect...

 

Tanki devs either don't care about their players and they destroy their own game on purpose OR they are incompetent morons, who can't even realize the effect of the changes. I can't decide which option is worse.

Dev-1: Oh look, those guys dont like the daily missions update, should we fix it?

Dev-2: Where's the earnings in that? I say we use the same old tactic which we've been using for the past 3 years: Buff the buyers, wreck the non-buyers and make some minor fixes and give some bad sales to them so that they keep their mouth shut.

Dev-1: But wont there be a time when we would run out of these tactics?

Dev-2: Nah, not at all. We will keep on re balancing the game, forcing non-buyers to keep on changing their main turret and forcing them to buy everything till there is no more scope for change at all

Dev-1: What are we waiting for then? lets start working on patch 457 already

Wow.

 

So each month an extra 75,000 crystals, 90 Repair Kits and 300 each of rest of supplies.

Same reward for each rank.

What's the lowest rank you can use supplies?

I bought 15 days of premium today.

 

How come I didn't receive the 2,500 crystal bonus reward and bonus supplies?

Additional Daily Bonus in Premium Account

  • Given every day following the day when Premium is activated, and as long as Premium is active

The thing is that, before the update, maximum damage happened literally at a pinpoint. As soon as you started moving outside that pinpoint, the splash damage started getting less. This meant that even if you shot into a wall you were touching, you still wouldn't receive maximum splash damage. Now splash damage remains maximum for 1m outside the point of impact.

Ok M3 takes two shot to kill M2 Hornet and M2 takes 3 shots to kill M3....Do you think this is Fair in Xp game?

xp/bp is supposed to be the skill based format, but now its like regular tanki. m3s steamroll m2s

You have no idea what a hard time we had creating those captions lol. I'm falling to pieces... 14 hour day today (and yesterday too)

What made you implement that stupid premium update, it already had enormous value.... (Speaking from experience)
And of course, the game gets more and more pay2win after I quit buying. I assume I have purchased about a total of 9months premium, which means I missed 675k crystals, 810 repairs and 2700 of every other drug. See the difference? That is just too much value...

NOTE: You're better off buying premium for 28 euros than crystals for 30 euros as the daily rewards give 225k from premium, while you get 210k from 30euros of crystals with a double crystal card. This doesn't even make sense anymore, the propotions aren't there anymore.

They want you to buy m3 xp/bp, and not just continue with the m2 combo, thats the reason m2 is weak against m3.

Yes once more users buy premium than they will devalue the benefits xD

Or maybe they will give benefits according to their ranks. They always do this xD

Yeah and four protections is a big no, too Damn OP

But all four protections would have a max of 40%.

 

That will help 1v1s where the other player has a protection against your turret. Same with 2v2, 3v3, 4v4...

 

For large battles you'll be better equipped.

 

If today you only have 1 module with a protection that includes Hammer, and let's say that with the nerf to Hammer people stop using that turret, it will be like you only have a module of 2 protections. With the system I'm proposing you can switch a module of Hammer with another one and you're good to go.

Good, but I think Twins should have been nerfed, due to its ridiculous range and shot velocity, aswell as Magnum, for its exaggerated damage at close range for a weapin that should be used at mid-to-long ranges preferentially.

Customize Turret and Hull Parameters

 

I have a good concept where there is no more need for any re-balance updates in the future. To begin with, developers must decide and officially announce once it for all that there shall never ever be any more re-balance updates in the future development of Tanki Online.

 

My idea here consists of a parameter tweak adjustment that players can do to customize the power, damage, reload time and other parameters of their turrets and hulls.

To do this, players would need to have a slider bar next to each of the parameters of every turret and every hull. Also, a number box with a percentage (%) would be used for typing a number in percentage starting from 1% to 100%.

 

For example, let me give you a general idea on how this is supposed to work, but of course, keep the game balance properly balanced at the same time.

 

The above image is an image of my M0 Smoky turret. Let me give you a proper example on how this customization on tweak parameters would work.

 

For example, if I want to make my Smoky more powerful, I would drag the slider up, but at the same time, the slider for reload time will go down automatically to balance out the stronger power of Smoky against the slower reload time. So, if I maximize the damage power to 100%, the reload time for Smoky would become 1%. If I do the opposite, reload time 100%, then the damage output would be at the weakest level of 1%.

 

The same parameter tweak slider feature would also be available for hulls as well. For example, increase or decrease hull speed or other parameters. If I increase the top speed of Mammoth to 100%, it would decrease its turning speed to 1%. If I do the opposite it will reverse the parameters from 100% for turning speed to 1% for top speed.

 

I suggest that such an update would benefit players who finds a turret or hull too annoying and difficult to use.

 

So, what I mean by parameter customization tweaks is that players can make one parameter stronger whilst making all the others weaker automatically by a set percentage to properly balance out the modified turret against the other turrets on the battlefield.

 

Default Button

 

To reset all the parameters to their default values, the need for a Default Button must be added at the bottom of the turret and hull interface.

 

Alterations Removal

 

If this idea of mine were to be introduced into Tanki Online, then alterations would need to be completely removed due to the fact that they are no longer needed since players can self-adjust the parameters of their turrets and hulls.

 

Any crystals amount that players have spent on buying alterations would need to be refunded by the developers of Tanki Online.

 

Please consider this idea of mine as a good, positive one that can allow players to self-adjust their turret and hull parameters, but at the same time keeping all turrets and hulls in the game perfectly balanced.

 

Please comment below and post more good ideas if you have any. I expect to have positive and accurate feedback from all of you.

Saw three of them (magnums) the other night in that small map with all the little walls (forget the map name).

 

Was ridiculous all of them firing at point-blank range and just wrecking everything.
