invalid New characters for NickNames (" ", "-", "!", "?")

As some people noticed, the forum Admin

"Cedric Debono" have space between name. As a player, I want to to know other people's opinion about having "the player" with this kind of cool name. 

  Is it possible to have new nickName Style, for example, Shipu Bmm, WhyNot?, for players like us? Can it be approved to get this kind of cool names using an exclamation point and a question mark? Only this two mark...

 

EDIT: Also please look for the FONT Nicknames style on the game/forum. 

Example: ShipuBmm, shipuBmm, ShipuBmm, and ShipuBmm Etc... Like that.

Cedric nickname in tanki is : TheFiringHand.. there are no space in tanki`s names and i dont think they will put it in tanki system

I know there is no space in game for his name, but I hope they approve in on both forum and game. It would have been awesome  :wub:

It's not here from the first place we all know that, but can it be possible to have some kind of system so that we can have "characters" for a nickname? To me, it's possible for game developers or a programmer to make an option for that. Might take time but it is possible. I know outside of other games doesn't have name characters too but how cool would it be if it was created :D

Forum names are linked directly to the account. The game accounts don't support any other characters, so having them in forum accounts would mean that your name (and probably rank as well) would no longer get updated if your in-game name or rank changes. Also, pretty sure it would cause other glitches as well.

 

It's just a very tiny, unnecessary thing that could potentially cause lots of problems.

I don't think there should be change in font size, or even the font.
Plus, I don't think we need more special characters like exclamation marks and others, spaces are enough if you want it to get implemented.

I'm quite sure games only do this once a lot of the normal nicknames are taken. However, I don't think Tanki needs this right now. Dots and underscores and hyphens are enough imo.

It's not about let us use "characteristic name" when another normal name is taken... it's more about picking our name with a unique style in an appropriate way using the characters )
