Didnt get supplieses and almost lost crystals, when bought paint.

*My problem is, Today i bought paint which was 10k.

I went in battle and saw, i didn't equip paint.

I went in garage and saw, i didn't bought it.

After that when i logged in, i got my crystals back.

* it happens almost everyday. I wanted to buy some supplies 2 of each supply. I bought them and return in battle and saw i didn't get any of them and i lost crystals. I never got them back and i think i've lost over or almost 5k crystals.

How can i get my crystals back?

Usually if you refresh the page or leave the battle than you will get your crystals back, but it shouldn't be something that is happening every time so the problem could be something else that is causing it like Browser you using, catch, Client or anything else. 

 

Also if you are sure that you didn't get your crystals back and the items/equipment you bought didn't show up in your garage than please contact the help desk and fill the application for return of crystals using this form. Remember to provide them as much info as possible to speed up the process of your application. 

 

Did you had any other problems like lags or other things that might be related directly or indirectly?
