Any solution or i am just unskilled and not know this.

at the video part of killing i paused the video and started recording when i killed 1 guy allready becouse recorder vas causing lag/fps problems

Oh, I remember the Help site team were testing it out since some players asked the same question to them saying that the referral link didn't work. They did test it out enough so I guess they already forwarded the problem. I was one of the people who was testing with one of the Help site helpers so this is a problem that is known, not sure if they found a solution to it but I will ask them later and will let you know their answer. Stay tuned.

 

Unfortunately he said we haven't found a solution to it so there is so solution for now. Programmers need to fix the flaw. Best you can do is report it to the help desk by using this form.

 

An important reminder: The confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again.Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
